Analisis Kontribusi Program “Peduli Guru” Lazismu Banyumas Terhadap Kesejahteraan Guru

Lazismu Banyumas sebagai organisasi pengelola zakat menaruh kepedulian besar terhadap pendidikan. Di tahun 2023 pendistribusian dana pada bidang pendidikan mencapai Rp 455.265.500,- tertinggi diantara bidang lain seperti ekonomi, sosial, dakwah, dan kesehatan. Peduli Guru sebagai salah satu program dibidang pendidikan belum mendapat banyak perhatian para peneliti. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana pelaksanaan Program Peduli Guru dan kontribusinya terhadap kesejahteraan guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi lapangan. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara kepada pihak Lazismu Banyumas dan guru penerima program. Informan dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah enam orang. Data selanjutnya dianalisis dengan metode analisis interaktif dengan tahapan kondensasi data dan penyajian data. Kemudian data diolah terus-menerus hingga memperoleh kesimpulan akhir. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa pelaksanaan Program Peduli Guru secara managemen dan pelaksanaan program berjalan dengan baik, hal tersebut terlihat dari tidak adanya keluhan dari pelaksana program dan penerima bantuan program. Kontribusi Program Peduli Guru adalah 1) kontribusi ekonomi, meski jumlah bantuan kecil dan belum mampu menyejahterakan guru penerima program terbantu karena dana yang diterima lebih dari gaji poko; 2) motivasi mengajar, ekonomi bukan faktor utama penerima program menjadi guru tetapi Program Peduli Guru memberikan apresiasi kepada mereka sehingga meningkatkan motivasi mengajar.

Lazismu Banyumas, as a Zakat management organization, demonstrates significant concern for education. In 2023, the distribution of funds in the education sector reached IDR 455,265,500, making it the highest allocation compared to other sectors such as economy, social welfare, religious outreach (dakwah), and healthcare. Peduli Guru, one of the programs in the education sector, has not received much attention from researchers. Therefore, this study aims to examine the implementation of the Peduli Guru program and its contributions to teachers’ welfare. This research employs a qualitative method with a field study approach. Data were collected through interviews with Lazismu Banyumas representatives and recipient teachers of the program. The informants were selected using purposive sampling, with six participants. The data were analyzed using an interactive method, including data condensation and presentation stages. The analysis was continuously refined until conclusions were drawn. The findings reveal that implementing the Peduli Guru program, both in management and execution, is running effectively. The effectiveness is evident from the absence of complaints from program implementers and beneficiaries. The contributions of the Peduli Guru program are as follows: 1) Economic Contribution: Although the amount of assistance is relatively small and insufficient to ensure the welfare of the recipient teachers fully, it does provide significant relief since the funds received exceed their basic salary. 2) Teaching Motivation: While financial compensation is not the primary reason for the recipients to pursue a teaching career, the Peduli Guru program is a form of appreciation that enhances their motivation to teach.
