Penyuluhan merupakan program sistem pendidikan non formal dari pemerintah dan disampaikan oleh penyuluh untuk memberikan informasi secara perternak dengan tujuan untuk mensejahterakan kehidupan peternak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat kepuasan peternak Sapi Jabres terhadap kinerja petugas penyuluh di Kabupaten Brebes, Jawa Tengah. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menganalisis hubungan antara kinerja petugas penyuluh dan sarana prasarana dengan kepuasan peternak. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei dengan sampel yang diambil secara purposive sampling dari beberapa desa di Kecamatan Bantarkawung. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa para peternak mayoritas merasa puas terhadap kinerja petugas penyuluh dan puas terhadap sarana prasarana yang disediakan oleh penyuluh. Hubungan antara kinerja petugas penyuluh dan kepuasan peternak berada pada kategori sangat kuat (0,704), sedangkan hubungan antara sarana prasarana dan kepuasan peternak tergolong lemah (0,252). Faktor lain selain kinerja dan sarana prasarana dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan peternak. Semakin tingginya kepuasan peternak terhadap petugas penyuluh akan mempermudah adanya kegiatan penyuluhan serta permanfaatan inovasi terbaru yang disampaikan oleh petugas penyuluh.

Extension services are a non-formal education program provided by the government and delivered by extension officers to inform farmers with the aim of improving their welfare. This study aims to evaluate the satisfaction level of Jabres cattle farmers with the performance of extension officers in Brebes Regency, Central Java. Additionally, the study analyzes the relationship between the performance of extension officers and the available facilities and infrastructure with farmers' satisfaction. The method used was a survey, with samples selected through purposive sampling from several villages in Bantarkawung District. Data analysis was conducted using the Spearman Rank test. The results of the study showed that the majority of farmers were satisfied with the performance of extension officers and with the facilities and infrastructure provided by them. The relationship between the performance of extension officers and farmers' satisfaction was categorized as very strong (0.704), while the relationship between facilities and infrastructure and farmers' satisfaction was classified as weak (0.252). Other factors beyond performance and facilities may influence farmers' satisfaction. Higher satisfaction levels among farmers with extension officers will facilitate extension activities and the adoption of the latest innovations delivered by the officers.
