Latar Belakang: Kohesivitas kelompok adalah suatu proses dinamis yang tercermin dalam kecenderungan kelompok untuk tetap bersama dan menjaga kebersamaan dalam mencapai tujuan dasar kelompok dan memenuhi kebetuhan afektif anggota kelompok. Kohesivitas menjadi salah satu hal penting dalam kerja kelompok. PjBL merupakan salah satu metode belajar dalam kelompok, banyak faktor memengaruhi kepuasan belajar dalam PjBL. 
Tujuan : Mengetahui hubungan antara kohesivitas kelompok dengan tingkat kepuasan belajar pada metode project based learning (PjBL) program studi S1 Keperawatan di Universitas Jenderal Soedirman.
Metodologi: Penelitian ini merupakan kuantitatif analitik korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional yang dilakukan pada mahasiswa keperawatan angkatan 2021, 2022, 2023 di UNSOED. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu proportional random sampling dimana populasi terdapat strata sehingga tiap angkatan dapat terwakili. Total sampel didapatkan 214 mahasiswa. Analisa data pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji Sommers’d. 
Hasil: Mayoritas partisipan penelitian  berusia 20 tahun dan berjenis kelamin perempuan. Jumlah mahasiswa paling banyak pada angkatan 2023 sebanyak 89 orang (41,6%). Hasil uji korelasi Uji Sommers’d antara kohesivitas kelompok dengan tingkat kepuasan belajar menunjukkan  nilai p value <0,001 dengan nilai r 0,937 yang berarti terdapat hubungan bermakna antara kohesivitas kelompok dan tingkat kepuasan belajar pada metode PjBL. 
Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kohesivitas kelompok dengan tingkat kepuasan belajar pada metode project based learning (PjBL) program studi S1 keperawatan.

Background: Group cohesiveness is a dynamic process reflected in the group's tendency to stay together and maintain togetherness in achieving basic group goals and fulfilling the affective needs of group members. Cohesiveness is one of the important things in group work. PjBL is one of the methods of learning in groups, many factors affect learning satisfaction in PjBL.
Objective: To determine the relationship between group cohesiveness and the level of learning satisfaction in the project-based learning (PjBL) method of the S1 Nursing study program at Jenderal Soedirman University
Methodology: This study is a quantitative correlation analytic with a cross sectional approach conducted on nursing students class of 2021, 2022, 2023 at UNSOED. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling where the population has strata so that each generation can be represented. The total sample obtained was 214 students. Data analysis in this study used the Sommers'd test.
Results: The majority of research participants were 20 years old and female. The highest number of students in the 2023 batch was 89 people (41.6%). The results of the Sommers'd Test correlation test between group cohesiveness and level of learning satisfaction showed a p value <0.001 with an r value of 0.937, which means that there is a significant relationship between group cohesiveness and level of learning satisfaction in the PjBL method.
Conclusion: There is a significant correlation between group cohesiveness and the level of learning satisfaction in the project-based learning (PjBL) method of the undergraduate nursing study program.
