Program Penguatan Kapasitas Organisasi Kemahasiswaan (PPK ORMAWA) merupakan program peningkatan kapasitas organisasi kemahasiswaan berbasis pengabdian dibawah naungan Direktorat Pembelajaran dan Kemahasiswaan, Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Tinggi, Riset, dan Teknologi (Kemendikbudristek). Tujuan dibentuk Tim PPK ORMAWA Fakultas Peternakan Universitas Jenderal Soedirman yaitu untuk mengatasi permasalahan kotoran kambing yang belum termanfaatkan secara optimal. Kelompok Peternak Muda di Desa Melung Kecamatan Kedungbanteng Kabupaten Banyumas dibentuk guna menujang tujuan Tim PPK ORMAWA Fakultas Peternakan Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Penelitian dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan, partisipasi anggota kelompok, dan menganalisis hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan dengan partisipasi anggota di Kelompok Peternak Muda Desa Melung, Kecamatan Kedungbanteng, Kabupaten Banyumas. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode survei. Penetapan sampel wilayah diambil secara purposive sampling. Analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini, yaitu Analisis Deskriptif dan Analisis Rank Spearman. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah individu anggota Kelompok Peternak Muda Desa Melung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan di Kelompok Peternak Muda Desa Melung cenderung ke arah gaya kepemimpinan demokratis. Tingkat partisipasi Anggota Kelompok Peternak Muda pada kategori partisipasi sedang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis korelasi Rank Spearman, terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara gaya kepemimpinan dengan partisipasi anggota (0,527) di Kelompok Peternak Muda Desa Melung, Kecamatan Kedungbanteng, Kabupaten Banyumas.

The Student Organisation Capacity Building Program (PPK ORMAWA) is a service-based student organisation capacity building program under the Directorate of Learning and Student Affairs, Directorate General of Higher Education, Research and Technology (Kemendikbudristek). The purpose of the PPK ORMAWA Team of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, is to overcome the problem of goat manure that has not been optimally utilised. The Young Farmers Group in Melung Village, Kedungbanteng Subdistrict, Banyumas Regency was formed to support the objectives of the PPK ORMAWA Team of the Faculty of Animal Science, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. The research was conducted to determine the leadership style, group member participation, and analyse the relationship between leadership style and member participation in the Young Breeders Group of Melung Village, Kedungbanteng Subdistrict, Banyumas Regency. The method used in this research was survey method. The area sample was taken by purposive sampling. The analyses used in this study were Descriptive Analysis and Rank Spearman Analysis. Respondents in this study were individual members of the Melung Village Young Breeders Group. The results showed that the leadership style in the Melung Village Young Breeders Group tends towards a democratic leadership style. The level of participation of members of the Young Breeders Group is in the medium participation category. Based on the results of the Rank Spearman correlation analysis, there is a strong relationship between leadership style and member participation (0.527) in the Melung Village Young Breeders Group, Kedungbanteng District, Banyumas Regency.
