Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak revitalisasi Alun-alun Sangkala Buana terhadap pendapatan pedagang kaki lima (PKL), serta menganalisis faktor modal kerja, jam kerja, lama usaha, dan atraksi wisata terhadap pendapatan PKL. Jenis penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif melalui pengumpulan data primer melalui alat kuisioner dengan teknik wawancara. Menggunakan alat uji wilcoxon signed ranks dan regresi linier berganda yang menggunakan software SPSS 25.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Revitalisasi Alun-alun Sangkala Buana berdampak positif terhadap peningkatan pendapatan bersih PKL, (2) Secara bersama-sama modal kerja, jam kerja, lama usaha, dan atraksi wisata berpengaruh positif terhadap pendapatan bersih PKL, (3) Secara parsial modal kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan bersih PKL, (4) Jam kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan bersih PKL, (5) Lama usaha secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan bersih PKL, (6) Atraksi wisata secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan bersih PKL, serta (7) Atraksi wisata menjadi variabel paling dominan mempengaruhi pendapatan bersih PKL di Alun-alun Sangkala Buana.

This study aims to analyze the impact of the revitalization of Alun-alun Sangkala Buana on the income of street vendors (PKL), as well as to analyze the factors of working capital, working hours, business duration, and tourism attractions on the income of PKL. This research uses a quantitative approach through primary data collection using a questionnaire and interview technique. The data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test and multiple linear regression, utilizing SPSS 25 software.
The results of the study show that: (1) The revitalization of Alun-alun Sangkala Buana has a positive impact on the increase in the net income of PKL, (2) Working capital, working hours, business duration, and tourism attractions together have a positive effect on the net income of PKL, (3) Working capital has a positive and significant effect on the net income of PKL, (4) Working hours have a positive and significant effect on the net income of PKL, (5) Business duration does not have an effect on the net income of PKL, (6) Tourism attractions have a positive and significant effect on the net income of PKL, and (7) Tourism attractions are the most dominant variable affecting the net income of PKL at Alun-alun Sangkala Buana.
