Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi individu
terhadap kinerja inovasi dengan perilaku inovatif sebagai mediasi dan iklim inovasi
sebagai moderasi Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif.
Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaku usaha bambu desa legok dengan
menggunakan metode pengambilan purposive sampling. Jumlah responden yang
digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 57 dengan alat pengumpulan data
menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan langsung. Teknik pengumpulan data
menggunakan skala likert 1-5. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini
menggunakan SEM-PLS. Hasil Penelitian membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh
positif Motivasi Individu terhadap Kinerja Inovasi, terdapat pengaruh positif
Motivasi Individu terhadap Perilaku Inovatif, terdapat pengaruh positif Perilaku
Inovatif terhadap Kinerja Inovasi, terdapat pengaruh positif Iklim Inovasi dalam
memediasi hubungan antara Motivasi Indidu terhadap Kinerja Inovasi, terdapat
pengaruh negative Iklim Inovasi dalam memoderasi hubungan anatara Motivasi
Individu terhadap Kinerja Inovasi, terdapat pengaruh positif Iklim Inovasi dalam
memoderasi hungungan antara Perilaku Inovatif terhadap Kinerja Inovasi.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of individual motivation on innovation
performance with innovative behavior as mediation and innovation climate as moderation. This study
uses a quantitative approach method. The population in this study consists of bamboo entrepreneurs in
Legok village using the purposive sampling method. The number of respondents used in this study is 57,
with data collection tools using questionnaires distributed directly. The data collection technique used a
1-5 Likert scale. The data analysis method in this study uses SEM-PLS. The research results prove that 1)
there is a positive influence of Individual Motivation on Innovation Performance, 2) there is a positive
influence of Individual Motivation on Innovative Behavior, 3) there is a positive influence of Innovative
Behavior on Innovation Performance, 4) there is a positive influence of Innovation Climate in mediating
the relationship between Individual Motivation and Innovation Performance, 5) there is a negative
influence of Innovation Climate in moderating the relationship between Individual Motivation and
Innovation Performance, 6) there is a positive influence of Innovation Climate in moderating the
relationship between Innovative Behavior and Innovation Performance.
