Gambaran Pemenuhan Kebutuhan Hubungan Interpersonal pada Mahasiswa Keperawatan Generasi Z

Latar Belakang : Mahasiswa keperawatan selama mengikuti proses pendidikan memiliki tujuan untuk mendapatkan pembentukan dimensi karakter profesional. Terbentuknya hubungan interpersonal yang bermakna memengaruhi cara beradaptasi dalam menjalani kehidupan. Namun demikian, mahasiswa yang memiliki kendala dalam membangun hubungan interpersonal dapat mengalami dampak negatif. Mahasiswa berisiko mengalami masalah kesehatan mental dan perilaku menyimpang seperti kecenderungan untuk depresi, kemampuan sosial untuk bernegoisasi dan mengembangkan jaringan sosial serta kemampuan koping stres. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pemenuhan kebutuhan hubungan interpersonal mahasiswa keperawatan generasi Z. Metodologi : Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional, desktiptif kuantitatif yang melibatkan 268 partisipan dengan menggunakan teknik proportionate random sampling. Data diperoleh melalui pengisian kuesioner Interpersonal Needs Questionnaire yang telah teruji valid dan reliabel. Pengisian melalui google form kemudian diolah menggunakan analisis univariat. Hasil Penelitian : Mayoritas partisipan berusia 18 tahun sebanyak 71 mahasiswa (26,5%) dan jenis kelamin perempuan mendominasi sebanyak 237 mahasiswa (88,4%). Partisipan terbanyak berasal dari tahun angkatan 2023 sebanyak 74 mahasiswa (27,6%). Mayoritas partisipan memiliki status kesehatan yang sehat sebanyak 263 mahasiswa (98,1%). Mayoritas kebutuhan hubungan interpersonal mahasiswa generasi Z yang sudah terpenuhi sebanyak 161 mahasiswa (60,1%) Kesimpulan : Mayoritas partisipan memiliki kategori pemenuhan kebutuhan hubungan interpersonal yang sudah terpenuhi namun masih terdapat partisipan yang memiliki kategori kebutuhan hubungan interpersonal yang belum terpenuhi. Hal tersebut sangat penting untuk mendapatkan perhatian terutama bagi mahasiswa keperawatan.

Students were at risk of mental health issues and deviant behaviors such as tendencies towards depression, social negotiation skills, and developing social networks, as well as coping with stress. This study aimed to describe the interpersonal relationship needs of Generation Z nursing students. Methodology: This study used a cross-sectional, descriptive quantitative design involving 268 participants used proportionate random sampling techniques. Data were obtained through the Interpersonal Needs Questionnaire, which had been tested for validity and reliability. The questionnaire was filled out via Google Forms and then processed using univariate analysis. Research Results: The majority of participants were 18 years old, as many as 71 students (26.5%) and female gender dominated as many as 237 students (88.4%). The largest number of participants came from the 2023 class, as many as 74 students (27.6%). The majority of participants had a healthy health status, as many as 263 students (98.1%). The majority of the interpersonal relationship needs of generation Z students that had been fulfilled as many as 161 students (60.1%) Conclusion: Most participants had a category of interpersonal relationship needs that had been fulfilled, but there were still participants who had a category of interpersonal relationship needs that had not been fulfilled. This is very important to get attention, especially for nursing students
