Melaksanakan penelitian Drive Test dan Speed Test pada provider jaringan seluler di suatu wilayah merupakan kegiatan untuk pembuktian realisasi spesifikasi provider yang telah dijanjikan dan untuk mengetahui akses layanannya di wilayah yang diuji. Menggunakan aplikasi ponsel yang bernama G-NetTrack dan SpeedTest sebagai apliasi dasar umtuk pengujian kekuatan sinyal dan kecepatan internet di suatu wilayah. Maka akan didapatkan rincian hasil data yang dibutuhkan untuk menentukan kualitas layanan QoS (Quality of Service) pada pelayanan yang disediakan provider. Menggunakan acuan pengukuran versi TIPHON (Telecommunications and Internet Protocol Harmonization Over Network) sebagai tolak ukur untuk parameter QoS.
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk pembuktian dan untuk mengetahui nilai rata-rata dari tiap komponen ujinya provider XL. Di wilayah penulis yaitu di Kelurahan Karangpucung Kecamatan Purwokerto Selatan Kabupaten Banyumas bahwa dalam penelitian ini, keunggulan provider XL ini dapat dirasakan di daerah penulis seperti di kota-kota lain atau terdapat kekurangan di wilayah penulis. Maka dari itu, untuk pembuktian hal tersebut penulis melakukan penelitian ini.
Hasil dari analisis penulis berupa perbandingan pengujian dari minggu pertama dan kedua. Pada minggu ke-1 untuk keseluruhan rata-rata nilai parameter RSRP, RSSI, RSRQ, SNR secara berurutan yaitu -86,5 dBm, -87 dBm, -11,3 dB, 0 dB dengan 716 titik. Pada minggu ke-2 untuk keseluruhan rata-rata nilai parameter secara berurutan yaitu -84,8 dBm, -85,4 dBm, -11,8 dB, 0,1 dB dengan 724 titik. Untuk drive test semuanya bagus kecuali pada parameter SNR yang mengalami stagnan diangka 0 (nol). Kemudian untuk speed test semuanya bernilai bagus yaitu pada minggu ke-1 untuk keseluruhan rata-rata nilai pada parameter latency, jitter, packet loss, download dan upload secara berurutan yaitu 36,9 ms, 74,5 ms, 0%, 15,4 Mbps, 25,4 Mbps. Lalu Pada minggu ke-2 untuk keseluruhan rata-rata nilai pada parameter berurutan yaitu 42,1 ms, 75 ms, 0%, 13,9 Mbps, 22,4 Mbps. Tetapi pada komponen download dan upload nilainya lebih besar upload yaitu dengan rata-rata 14,7 Mbps dan 23,95 Mbps yang dapat disebabkan pengujian dilakukan pada jam sibuk. Keseluruhan semuanya masih terbilang bagus, walaupun ada beberapa titik uji yang bernilai rendah seperti di Perumahan Karangpucung Permai bernilai 5,25 Mbps disebabkan faktor lingkungan sekitar.

Carrying out Drive Test and Speed Test research on cellular network providers in an area is an activity to prove the realization of the promised provider specifications and to find out access to its services in the tested area. Using a cellphone application called G-NetTrack and SpeedTest as a basic application for testing signal strength and internet speed in an area. Then the detailed data results needed to determine the quality of service QoS(Quality of Service) in the services provided by the provider will be obtained. Using the measurement reference version of TIPHON (Telecommunications and Internet Protocol Harmonization Over Network) as a benchmark for QoS parameters.
	The purpose of this research is to prove and to determine the average value of each test component of the XL provider. In the author's area, namely in Karangpucung Village, South Purwokerto Subdistrict, Banyumas Regency, that in this study, the advantages of this XL provider can be felt in the author's area as in other cities or there are shortcomings in the author's area. Therefore, to prove this, the author conducted this research. 
The results of the author's analysis are in the form of test comparisons from the first and second weeks. In week 1 for the overall average parameter values RSRP, RSSI, RSRQ, SNR in sequence are -86.5 dBm, -87 dBm, -11.3 dB, 0 dB with 716 points. In week 2 for the overall average parameter values in order at -84.8 dBm, -85.4 dBm, -11.8 dB, 0.1 dB with 724 points. For the drive test everything is good except for the SNR component which stagnates at 0 (zero). Then for the speed test everything is good value, namely in week 1 for the overall average value on the parameters of latency, jitter, packet loss, download and upload in order are 36.9 ms, 74.5 ms, 0%, 15.4 Mbps, 25.4 Mbps. Then in week 2 for the overall average value on sequential parameters is 42.1 ms, 75 ms, 0%, 13.9 Mbps, 22.4 Mbps. but in the download and upload components the value is greater than uploads, namely with an average of 14.7 Mbps and 23.95 Mbps which can be caused by testing conducted during peak hours. Overall everything is still fairly good, although there are several low-value test points such as in Karangpucung Permai Housing worth 5,25 Mbps due to environmental factors.
