Estimasi Simpanan Karbon Populasi Rhizophora mucronata di Taman Wisata Alam Angke Kapuk Jakarta

Penelitian dilakukan di kawasan mangrove Taman Wisata Alam Angke Kapuk Jakarta dengan metode survey. Pengambilan data dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret dan September 2023 menggunakan metode pengambilan data kuadrat berdasarkan umur tanaman mangrove. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif. Mangrove dilakukan dengan menghitung kerapatan dan pola pencaran dari spesies Rhizophora mucronata. Analisa untuk mengukur estimasi biomassa, dan simpanan karbon menggunakan rumus alometrik dengan data diameter setinggi dada. Selain itu menggunakan metode Loss on Ignition (LOI) untuk mengukur simpanan karbon yang terdapat pada sedimen mangrove dengan mengukur simpanan organik pada sedimen dengan menimbang berat sampel yang hilang setelah pengabuan. Penelitian ini memperoleh hasil rata-rata biomassa sebesar 352,63 ton/ha dan 126,35 ton/ha untuk simpanan karbon. Kerapatan tertinggi mangrove kategori semai sebesar 640.000 ind/ha, untuk kategori pancang sebesar 5.600 ind/ha, dan kategori pohon sebesar 4.300 ind/ha. Pola sebaran spesies Rhizophora mucronata adalah mengelompok. Simpanan memperoleh rata-rata sebesar 352,63 ton/ha untuk biomassa dan 126,35 ton C/ha untuk simpanan karbon. Parameter pendukung yang diperoleh berupa pH air berkisar antara 7,5-7,9 salinitas berkisar antara 1-8 ppt pH tanah berkisar antara 3,5-7 suhu tanah berkisar antara 28-33oC.

The research was conducted in the mangrove area of the Angke Kapuk Nature Tourism Park, Jakarta using a survey method. Data collection was carried out in March and September 2023 using a quadratic data collection method based on the age of the mangrove plants. The analysis used is quantitative analysis. The mangrove was carried out by calculating the density and distribution pattern of the Rhizophora mucronata species. Analysis to measure estimated biomass and carbon stock uses an allometric approach which is carried out by measuring diameter at breast height. Apart from that, the Loss on Ignition (LOI) method is used to measure carbon deposits in mangrove sediments by measuring organic deposits in the sediment by weighing the weight of the sample that is lost after ashing. This study obtained an average biomass of 352,63 tons/ha and 126,35 tons C/ha for carbon storage. The highest density of mangroves in the seedling category was 640.000 ind/ha the sapling category it was 5.600 ind/ha, and in the tree category it was 4.300 ind/ha. The distribution pattern of the Rhizophora mucronata species is clustered. Savings obtained an average of 352,63 tonnes/ha for biomass and 126,35 tonnes C/ha for carbon. The supporting parameters obtained were as follows: water pH ranging from 7.5-7.9, salinity ranges from 1-8 parts per thousand, soil pH ranges from 3.5-7, soil temperature ranges from 28 to 33°C, sediment carbon storage ranges from 65.5 to 110.33 tons C/ha, and water pH ranges from 7.5-7.9
