Penyampaian aspirasi dan laporan di lingkungan kampus merupakan aspek krusial dalam mendukung peningkatan kualitas layanan dan fasilitas kampus. Universitas Jenderal Soedirman sebelumnya telah menggunakan platform web berbasis SIDAMAS (Sistem Informasi Pengaduan dan Aspirasi Masyarakat) untuk memfasilitasi pengaduan laporan. Namun, platform ini masih memiliki kekurangan, terutama dalam hal aksesibilitas dan pemberitahuan secara real-time. Untuk mengatasi tantangan tersebut, penulis mengembangkan aplikasi pelaporan layanan prasarana kampus berbasis mobile menggunakan framework Flutter. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk memudahkan pengiriman laporan dengan integrasi fitur push notification, yang memastikan admin menerima notifikasi segera ketika laporan baru masuk, serta fitur versioning yang memastikan aplikasi selalu terbaru. Flutter dipilih karena merupakan framework cross-platform yang memungkinkan aplikasi berjalan dengan mulus di berbagai sistem operasi, seperti Android dan iOS. Fitur push notification memastikan laporan tidak terlewatkan dan dapat segera ditindaklanjuti, sementara versioning menghindari kendala akibat penggunaan versi aplikasi yang sudah lama. Dengan pengembangan ini, diharapkan efisiensi penyampaian laporan dan aspirasi di lingkungan kampus Universitas Jenderal Soedirman dapat meningkat. Aplikasi ini diusulkan sebagai solusi inovatif untuk mendukung peningkatan kualitas layanan kampus melalui pemanfaatan teknologi mobile yang lebih modern, efisien, dan responsif.

The submission of aspirations and reports within the campus environment is a crucial aspect to support the improvement of campus services and facilities. Universitas Jenderal Soedirman previously used a web-based platform called SIDAMAS (Sistem Informasi Pengaduan dan Aspirasi Masyarakat) to facilitate report submissions. However, this platform still has limitations, particularly in terms of accessibility and real-time notifications. To address these challenges, the author developed a mobile-based campus facility reporting application using the Flutter framework. This application is designed to facilitate the submission of reports by integrating push notifications, ensuring that the admin receives immediate notifications when new reports are submitted, and versioning features to keep the application always up-to-date. Flutter was chosen because it is a cross-platform framework that enables the application to run smoothly on various operating systems such as Android and iOS. The push notification feature ensures that reports are not missed and can be promptly acted upon, while versioning avoids issues caused by the use of outdated application versions. With this development, it is expected that the efficiency of reporting and expressing aspirations within the Universitas Jenderal Soedirman campus environment will improve. This application is proposed as an innovative solution to enhance campus service quality through the use of more modern, efficient, and responsive mobile technology.
