Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh penguasaan teknologi, motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, dan gender terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 1 Maos. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survei. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru SMA Negeri 1 Maos yang berjumlah 59 guru. Sampel penelitian diambil menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda.
       Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data menggunakan SPSS 23, diperoleh hasil bahwa: (1) Penguasaan teknologi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 1 Maos; (2) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 1 Maos; (3) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 1 Maos; (4) Gender berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 1 Maos.
       Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah upaya peningkatan kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 1 Maos. Upaya pertama adalah guru diharapkan dapat meningkatakan penguasaan teknologi dan memanfaatkan fasilitas yang telah disediakan oleh sekolah. Upaya kedua adalah sekolah dapat memberikan motivasi yang sesuai kepada guru agar capaian kerja dapat diraih. Upaya ketiga adalah sekolah dapat memberikan penekanan dan sosialisasi lebih lanjut mengenai tata tertib yang berlaku di lingkungan pendidikan agar pelanggaran-pelanggaran dapat diminimalisir. Upaya keempat adalah guru diharapkan bekerja sesuai tugas dan kewajiban masing-masing tanpa membedakan peran pria maupun perempuan.

The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of mastery of technology, work motivation, work dicipline, and gender on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Maos. This research is quantitative study using survey methods. This research is quantitative study using a survey methods. The subjects of this research are teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Maos, totaling 59 teachers. The research sample was taken using a saturated sampling technique. The research method used is multiple linear regression.
      Based on the results of research and data analysis using SPSS 23, the result were obtained: (1) mastery of technology has a positive effect on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Maos; (2) work motivation has a negative effect on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Maos; (3) work dicipline has a positive effect on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Maos; (4) gender has a negative effect on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Maos.
      The implication of this research is an effort to improve teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Maos. The first effort is for teachers to enhance their technology mastery and utilize the facilities provided by the school. The second effort is for the school to offer appropriate motivation to teachers so that work achievements can be realized. The third effort is for the school to provide further emphasis and socialization on the existing regulations within the educational environment to minimize violations. The fourth effort is for teacher to work according to their respective duties and responsibilities, regardless of gender.
