“Gastronomi dalam Drama The Makanai: Cooking for the Maiko House karya Hirokazu Koreeda” Oleh: Ricoh Panji Nugroho Studi ini mengambil drama Jepang yang bergenre makanan yaitu Gastronomi pada drama Netflix The Makanai: Cooking for the Maiko House karya Hirokazu Koreeda sebagai objek penelitian serta mengkaji budaya makan khususnya yang berhubungan dengan budaya dalam menyajikan dan menyantap hidangan melalui teori Gastronomi. Studi ini memanfaatkan teknik penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Studi ini bertujuan guna menguraikan sudut pandang gastronomi menjadi unsur-unsur budaya yang diungkapkan serta didsekripsikan secara serial drama Netflix. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh kesimpulan bahwasannya drama The Makanai : Cooking For The Maiko House, diperoleh 3 faktor gastronomi yang menonjol yakni seni pada hal ini dikelompokan menjadi seni memasak “art de cuisine”, makanan “aliment”, serta aspek kebudayaan “culture”.

The Gastronomic in the Drama “The Makanai: Cooking for the Maiko House” by Hirokazu Koreeda by: Ricoh Panji Nugroho This research takes a Japanese drama in the food genre, namely Gastronomic Analysis in the Netflix drama The Makanai: Cooking for the Maiko House by Hirokazu Koreeda as the research object and examines eating culture, especially those related to the culture of serving and eating dishes through Gastronomic theory. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The purpose of this study is to characterize the culinary viewpoint as a cultural aspect that is communicated and shown in the Netflix drama series. The analysis's findings led to the conclusion that in the play The Makanai: Cooking for the Maiko House, there are three dominant gastronomic aspects, namely art, in this case categorized as the art of cooking art de cuisine, the food aspect aliment, and the cultural aspect.
