Singapura dapat dikatakan rentan terhadap dampak perubahan iklim, salah satu faktor pendukungnya adalah Singapura berada pada dataran rendah serta berada pada kemiringan tertentu dan risiko lainnya. Singapura mengeluarkan Singapore Green Plan 2030 salah satu pilar di dalamnya adalah pilar ekonomi hijau. Implementasi pada ekonomi hijau adalah salah satu upaya adaptasi serta mitigasi yang tercantum pada Paris Agreement. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis serta mengetahui implementasi green economy di Singapura sebagai kepatuhan terhadap Paris Agreement tahun 2016-2023. Melalui penelitian ini peneliti mengeksplorasi upaya, kebijakan, dan strategi Pemerintah Singapura terkait implementasi green economy serta hal pendukung terkait kepatuhan Singapura terhadap Paris Agreement. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori kepatuhan terhadap rezim serta konsep ekonomi hijau. Temuan dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang mendalam terkait implementasi green economy di Singapura sebagai kepatuhan terhadap Paris Agreement. Hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa Singapura masuk pada kategori kepatuhan aktif terhadap Paris Agreement, terutama terkait implementasi green economy pada tahun 2016-2023 yang terlihat dari perubahan kebijakan yang dilakukan pemerintah Singapura.

Singapore can be said to be vulnerable to the impact of climate change, one of the supporting factors is that Singapore is located in a lowland and is on a certain slope and other risks. Singapore issued the Singapore Green Plan 2030, one of the pillars in which is the green economy pillar. Implementation of a green economy is one of the adaptation and mitigation efforts stated in the Paris Agreement. The aim of this research is to analyze and determine the implementation of the green economy in Singapore as a commitment to the 2016-2023 Paris Agreement. Through this research, researchers explore the efforts, policies and strategies of the Singapore Government regarding the implementation of the green economy as well as supporting matters related to Singapore's compliance with the Paris Agreement. This research uses the theory of regime compliance and the concept of a green economy. It is hoped that the findings from this research will provide in-depth insight regarding the implementation of a green economy in Singapore as a commitment to the Paris Agreement. The results of this study show that Singapore has shown a comply to the Paris Agreement (active compliance category), especially related to the implementation of the green economy in 2016-2023 as seen from the policy changes made by the Singapore government.
