Berdasarkan peta zonasi gempa, Purwokerto adalah salah satu kota yang meiliki bahaya gempa sedang (SNI-03-1726-2003). Gedung Jurusan Farmasi Universitas Jenderal Soedirman (UNSOED) beralamat di Jl.DR. Soeparno Purwokerto dengan fungsi bangunan dipertuntukan sebagai fasilitas umum atau gedung perkuliahan dengan jumlah orang yang beraktifitas di dalamnya cukup banyak, maka jika terjadi gempa diharapkan gedung tersebut harus memiliki tingkat keamanan yang memadai. Oleh karenanya evaluasi perlu di lakukan untuk mengetahui taraf kinerja gedung tersebut akibat pengaruh gempa. Hasil Akhir dari Analisis Pushover Gedung Farmasi Universitas Jenderal Soedirman di dapatkan Level Kinerja IO (Immediate Occupancy) pada level kinerja ini, tidak ada kerusakan yang berarti pada struktur, dimana kekuatan dan kekakuannya kira-kira hampir sama dengan kondisi sebelum gempa. Komponen non-struktural masih berada pada tempatnya dan sebagian besar masih berfungsi jika utilitasnya tersedia. Bangunan tetap dapat berfungsi tanpa terganggu masalah perbaikan baik Level kinerja arah-X maupun arah -Y dengan nilai daktalitas untuk arah-X sebesar 6,43 sedangkan daktalitas arah-Y sebesar 4,68. Sedangkan sendi plastis pada saat kondisi performance point  pada arah -X jatuh pada step 36 dengan beban gempa sebesar 221,148 ton sedangkan nilai Performance point pada arah-Y jatuh pada step 44 dengan beban gempa sebesar 217,36 ton.

Based on the seismic zoning map, Purwokerto  is one city that has particularly moderate seismic hazard (SNI-03-1726-2003). Building of Pharmacy, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman (Unsoed) located at Jl.DR. Soeparno Purwokerto, building functions as a public facility or building lecture by the number of many people, so if there was an earthquake the building is expected to have an adequate level of security. Therefore, the evaluation needs to be done to determine the level of performance of the building is due to the influence of the earthquake. The purpose of this evaluation is to determine the level of structural performance criteria. Final Results from Pushover Analysis of Building Farmasi at University General Sudirman get Level Performance IO (Immediate Occupancy) at the level of performance, there is no significant damage to the structure, in which the strength and stiffness roughly similar to the condition before the earthquake. Non-structural components are in place and most still function if the utility is available. The building still works without being disturbed either repair issue towards the performance of Level-X and-Y direction daktalitas value for the X-direction at 6.43 while daktalitas direction-Y of 4.68. While plastic joints during performance conditions point to the direction of the X-36 falls in step with the earthquake loads of 221.148 tons, while the value of Performance points in Y-direction in step 44 with earthquake load of 217.36 tons.
