Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Good Corporate Governance Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan BUMN yang Terdaftar di BEI (Studi Kasus Pada Perusahaan BUMN Non-Keuangan Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2018-2022)”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Good Corporate Governance terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan BUMN Non-Keuangan yang terdaftar dalam Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2022. Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari 20 perusahaan BUMN Non-Keuangan. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan memperoleh hasil 10 perusahaan dengan periode lima tahun sehingga menghasilkan sampel sebanyak 50. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data laporan tahunan dan laporan keuangan perusahaan BUMN Non-Keuangan yang terdaftar dalam Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2022 dengan metode pengumpulan data dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Dewan komisaris independen tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai. Kepemilikan pemerintah berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, Komite audit berpengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Implikasi dari kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu dapat membantu perusahaan dalam menerapkan Good Corporate Governance dengan memperhatikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Bagi pihak eksternal yang akan melakukan investasi diharapkan dapat memperhatikan kondisi pada nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini diharapkan mampu dijadikan sebagai pedoman untuk penelitian selanjutnya mengenai nilai perusahaan.

This research is entitled "The Influence of Good Corporate Governance on the Value of BUMN Companies Listed on the BEI (Case Study of Non-Financial BUMN Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 Period)". This research aims to determine the effect of Good Corporate Governance on company value in non-financial state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period. The population of this research consists of 20 non-financial state-owned companies. Sampling in this study used a purposive sampling technique and obtained results from 10 companies over a five-year period, resulting in a sample of 50. The data sources used in this research were annual report data and financial reports from non-financial state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period. 2018-2022 with documentation data collection methods. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS application. The research results show that the independent board of commissioners has no effect on value. Government ownership has a positive effect on company value, the audit committee has a negative effect on company value. Institutional ownership has a positive effect on company value. The implication of this research conclusion is that it can help companies implement Good Corporate Governance by paying attention to the factors that influence it. External parties who will invest are expected to pay attention to conditions regarding the company's value. It is hoped that this research can be used as a guide for further research regarding company value.
