PERUBAHAN BENTUK VARIASI ALUR NOVEL GADIS KRETEK KARYA RATIH KUMALA KE DALAM FILM (KAJIAN EKRANISASI)

Ekranisasi merupakan proses adaptasi atau pelayarptuihan novel ke dalam film. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai salah satu ekranisasi, yaitu pperubahan bervariasi pada alur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan analisis perubahan bentuk variasi pada alur antara novel Gadis Kretek karya Ratih Kumala yang diadaptasikan menjadi film Gadis Kretek yang disutradari oleh Kamila Andini dan Ifa Isfansyah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Terdapat dua sumber data dalam penelitian ini, yakni novel Gadis Kretek karya Ratih Kumala dan film Gadis Kretek yang disutradarai oleh Kamila Andini dan Ifa Isfansyah. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik membaca, teknik menonton, dan teknik mencatat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses ekranisasi yang terjadi pada perubahan bervariasi pada unsur alur. Perubahan bentuk variasi alur dalam film Gadis Kretek, yaitu sebanyak 6 alur yang cukup menonjol.

Ecranization is the process of adapting or translating a novel into a film. This research discusses one of the ekranization, namely the change of variation in the plot. This study aims to describe the analysis of changes in the form of variations in the plot between the novel Gadis Kretek by Ratih Kumala which was adapted into the film Gadis Kretek directed by Kamila Andini and Ifa Isfansyah. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. There are two data sources in this research, namely the novel Gadis Kretek by Ratih Kumala and the movie Gadis Kretek directed by Kamila Andini and Ifa Isfansyah. The data collection techniques used in this research are reading technique, watching technique, and note-taking technique. The result of this research shows that the process of ecranization that occurs in the change varies in the plot element. Changes in the form of plot variations in the movie Gadis Kretek, which are as many as 6 grooves that are quite prominent.
