Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan judul “Pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility dan Ukuran Perusahaan Terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan”.
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh corporate social responsibility dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah Corporate Social Responsibility dan ukuran perusahaan. Sedangkan kinerja perusahaan yang diukur dengan menggunakan Return on Asset (ROA) merupakan variabel dependennya.
Sumber data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Laporan Tahunan. Penelitian ini menggunakan populasi pada perusahaan sektor infrastruktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama tahun 2021-2023. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik Purposive Sampling. Berdasarkan teknik tersebut, sampel penelitian ditetapkan berjumlah 39 perusahaan selama rentang waktu tiga tahun sehingga menghasilkan 117 unit data penelitian. 
Data penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan aplikasi Statistical Package for Social Science Version 25 (SPSS). Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Corporate Social Responsibility tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan, 2) Ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan.	
Implikasi dari penelitian diharapkan dapat digunakan untuk memberikan pengetahuan mengenai Corporate Social Responsibility dan ukuran perusahaan serta pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja perusahaan terutama pada perusahaan infrastruktur. Bagi Masyarakat, hasil penelitian mampu memberikan pengetahuan hak-hak mereka dan peran masyarakat dalam memantau aktivitas perusahaan yang berkaitan dan berpengaruh dengan mereka. Bagi investor, diharapkan penelitian ini mampu menyediakan informasi mengenai suatu hal yang berkaitan dengan keputusan berinvestasi. Sehingga para investor memperoleh investasi yang mana memberikan hasil yang diharapkan.

This research is quantitative study with the title “The Effect of Corporate Social Responsibility and Company Size on Company Performance”.
This research was conducted with the aim of knowing and analyzing the effect of corporate social responsibility and company size on company performance. The independent variables in this study are Corporate Social Responsibility and company size. While company performance as measured by using Return on Asset (ROA) is the dependent variable.
The data source used is secondary data obtained from the Annual Report. This study uses a population of infrastructure sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2021-2023. The sample selection was carried out using Purposive Sampling technique. Based on this technique, the research sample was determined to be 39 companies over a span of three years, resulting in 117 research data units.
The research data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Science Version 25 (SPSS) application. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the results showing that: 1) Corporate Social Responsibility has no effect on company performance. 2) Company size has no effect on company performance
The implications of the research are expected to be used to provide knowledge about Corporate Social Responsibility and company size and its effect on company performance, especially in infrastructure companies. For the community, the results of the study are able to provide knowledge of their rights and the role of the community in monitoring the activities of the companies related to and affecting them. For investors, it is hoped that this research will be able to provide information on matters relating to investment decisions. So that investors get investments which provide the expected results.
