Aplikasi Pupuk N-ZEO-SR Plus terhadap Dinamika Logam Berat Timbal (Pb) pada Tanaman Kedelai (Glycine max L)

Cemaran logam timbal (Pb) pada tanaman kedelai dapat menghambat pertumbuhan, hasil, serta mencemari rantai makanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh pemberian dosis pupuk N-ZEO SR Plus dan logam berat Pb terhadap pertumbuhan, hasil kacang kedelai, serta kandungan logam berat Pb di tanah dan biji kedelai serta interaksi keduanya. Penelitian dilakukan pada Desember 2023 sampai Juni 2024 di screen house dan Laboratorium Ilmu Tanah Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) dengan dua faktor. Faktor pertama dosis pupuk N-ZEO-SR Plus terdiri dari 0, 50, 100, dan 150 kg/ha serta faktor kedua konsentrasi Pb terdiri dari 0, 50, dan 100 ppm. Variabel pengamatan meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, kandungan klorofil, kandungan prolin, bobot kering tanaman, jumlah polong isi, bobot 100 biji, bobot biji pertanaman, kandungan logam Pb di tanah dan biji kedelai, serta persentase penurunan Pb. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pemberian pupuk N-ZEO-SR Plus secara tunggal pada dosis 150 kg/ha (D3) dapat meningkatkan jumlah daun 6 MST sebesar 9%, kandungan klorofil sebesar 32%, bobot biji pertanaman sebesar 23%, dan menekan kandungan Pb di tanah sebesar 11% dibandingkan tanpa pemupukan. Pemberian konsentrasi Pb 100 ppm (K2) secara tunggal dapat meningkatkan kandungan Pb di tanah sebesar 40% dibandingkan tanpa pemberian logam Pb. Terdapat interaksi pupuk N-ZEO-SR Plus dengan logam Pb pada variabel jumlah polong isi, kandungan klorofil, kandungan Pb di tanah, dan persentase penurunan Pb di tanah.

Lead (Pb) contamination in soybean plants can inhibit growth, yield, and contaminate the food chain. This study aims to determine the effect of different doses of N-ZEO-SR Plus fertilizer and heavy metal Pb on the growth and yield of soybeans, as well as Pb content in the soil and soybean seeds, and the interaction between them. The research was conducted from December 2023 to June 2024 in a screen house and the Soil Science Laboratory at the Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University. This study used a randomized block design (RBD) with two factors. The first factor was the dose of N-ZEO-SR Plus fertilizer, consisting of 0, 50, 100, and 150 kg/ha, and the second factor was the concentration of Pb, consisting of 0, 5, and 100 ppm. Observed variables included plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, chlorophyll content, proline content, dry plant weight, number of filled pods, 100-seed weight, seed weight per plant, Pb content in the soil and soybean seeds, and the percentage reduction of Pb. Based on the research results, applying N-ZEO-SR Plus fertilizer alone at a dose of 150 kg/ha (D3) can increase the number of leaves at 6 MST by 9%, chlorophyll content by 32%, seed weight per plant by 23%, and reduce Pb content in the soil by 11% compared to no fertilization. Applying a Pb concentration of 100 ppm (K2) alone can increase Pb content in the soil by 40% compared to no Pb application. There is an interaction between N- ZEO-SR Plus fertilizer and Pb metal on the variable of number of filled pods, chlorophyll content, Pb content in the soil, and the percentage reduction of Pb in the soil.
