Penentuan Gaji Tutor di Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar Budi Luhur dengan Sistem Inferensi Fuzzy metode Tsukamoto

Pada penelitian ini dibahas penerapan metode Tsukamoto untuk menentukan gaji tutor di Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar (PKBM) Budi Luhur Pekaja dengan menggunakan 3 variabel input yaitu jumlah jam pelajaran, jumlah jabatan, dan masa kerja, serta 1 variabel output yaitu gaji tutor per bulan. Perhitungan untuk menentukan gaji tutor dapat dilakukan secara manual maupun komputasi dengan menggunakan MATLAB. Data yang digunakan adalah data kriteria tutor yang mengajar di PKBM Budi Luhur Pekaja. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa gaji tertinggi yang diperoleh tutor adalah sebesar Rp925.000,-, dan gaji terendah adalah sebesar Rp620.000,-. Sebanyak 6 tutor mendapat gaji yang termasuk pada golongan 3, dan 7 tutor termasuk pada golongan 2. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata gaji tutor di PKBM Budi Luhur Pekaja adalah termasuk pada golongan 2.

This study discusses the application of the Tsukamoto method to determine the salaries of tutors at the Budi Luhur Pekaja Learning and Teaching Activity Center (LTAC) using three input variables: number of teaching hours, number of positions, and length of service, as well as one output variable: monthly tutor salary. The calculation for determining the tutor's salary can be performed manually or through computational using MATLAB. The data used are the criteria for tutors teaching at LTAC Budi Luhur Pekaja. From this research, it can be concluded that the highest salary received by a tutor is IDR 925,000, while the lowest salary is IDR 620,000. A total of 6 tutors fall into category 3, and 7 tutors fall into category 2. This indicates that the average tutor salary at LTAC Budi Luhur Pekaja falls into category 2.
