PENGARUH PUPUK FESES SAPI PERAH DIPERKAYA JENIS DAN DOSIS PUPUK BUATAN TERHADAP KADAR PROTEIN KASAR DAN LEMAK KASAR TIGA JENIS RUMPUT PENNISETUM

Penelitian dilaksanakan pada tanggal 19 Maret – 11 Oktober 2021, di Experimental Farm, Lahan BUMDES (Badan Usaha Milik Desa) Desa Limpakuwus, Kecamatan Baturraden, Banyumas dan Laboratorium Agrostologi, Fakultas Peternakan, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui formula yang terbaik antara jenis dan dosis pupuk anorganik dengan feses sapi perah terhadap kandungan protein kasar dan lemak kasar rumput pennisetum. Materi penelitian yang digunakan adalah 3 jenis rumput pennisetum berupa Rumput Gajah, Rumput Raja dan Rumput Gajah Mini sebanyak 486 stek, feses sapi perah 3 kg/m², pupuk urea, NPK dan ZA dengan dosis 100, 200, 300/kg/ha/defoliasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah experimental menggunakan Split plot design dengan dasar Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan 27 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Peubah yang diamati yaitu kadar protein kasar dan lemak kasar. Hasil analisis keragaman menunjukkan bahwa dosis pupuk dan jenis rumput berpengaruh sangat nyata (P<0,01) terhadap kadar protein kasar tiga jenis rumput. Jenis rumput berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) antara jenis rumput, jenis dan dosis pada kadar lemak kasar tiga jenis rumput. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pupuk ZA memberikan produktivitas dan kadar protein kasar tertinggi pada Rumput Gajah Mini. Pupuk feses sapi perah dengan kombinasi pupuk anorganik memengaruhi kadar protein kasar rumput secara seragam. Pupuk NPK dan ZA pada dosis 200-300 kg/ha terbukti efisien, dengan interaksi pupuk meningkatkan kadar protein kasar dan menurunkan lemak kasar. Pupuk ZA dan Rumput Gajah Mini menghasilkan hasil terbaik dalam hal produktivitas.

The research was conducted from March 19 to October 11, 2021, at the Experimental Farm, BUMDES (Village-Owned Enterprise) Field, Limpakuwus Village, Baturraden District, Banyumas and Agrostology Laboratory, Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. This study aims to determine the best formula between the type and dose of inorganic fertilizer with dairy cow feces on the crude protein and crude fat content of pennisetum grass. The research materials used were 3 types of pennisetum grass in the form of Elephant Grass, King Grass and Mini Elephant Grass as many as 486 cuttings, 3 kg/m² of dairy cow feces, urea, NPK and ZA fertilizers at doses of 100, 200, 300/kg/ha/defoliation. The method used was experimental using Split plot design on the basis of Randomized Group Design with 27 treatments and 3 replications. The observed variables were crude protein and crude fat content. The results of the analysis of variance showed that the dose of fertilizer and the type of grass had a very significant effect (P < 0.01) on the crude protein content of three types of grass. Grass type had a significant effect (P<0.05) between grass type, type and dose on crude fat content of three types of grass. The study showed that ZA fertilizer gave the highest productivity and crude protein content in Mini Elephant Grass. Dairy feces fertilizer with a combination of inorganic fertilizers affected the crude protein content of grass uniformly. NPK and ZA fertilizers at doses of 200-300 kg/ha proved efficient, with the fertilizer interaction increasing the crude protein content of the grass. ZA fertilizer and Mini Gajah Grass produced the best results in terms of productivity.
