Pengaruh Konsentrasi AB Mix dan Jenis POC terhadap Pertumbuhan, Fisiologi, dan Hasil Tanaman Pakcoy pada Sistem Hidroponik NFT

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi AB Mix, jenis POC, serta interaksi konsentrasi AB Mix dan jenis POC terhadap pertumbuhan, fisiologi, dan hasil tanaman pakcoy hidroponik NFT. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan petak terbagi (split plot) dengan dua faktor perlakuan. Faktor pertama adalah konsentrasi AB Mix yang terdiri dari dua taraf yaitu konsentrasi AB Mix 100% dan konsentrasi AB Mix 50%. Faktor kedua adalah jenis POC yang terdiri dari tanpa POC, POC urine kelinci + tanaman azolla, POC urine kelinci + daun trembesi, serta POC urine kelinci + daun kipahit. Variabel yang diamati pada penelitian ini, meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, tingkat kehijauan daun, kandungan klorofil, kerapatan stomata, lebar bukaan stomata, diameter batang, diameter bonggol, panjang akar, volume akar, bobot tajuk segar, bobot akar segar, bobot tanaman segar, bobot tajuk kering, bobot akar kering, dan bobot tanaman kering. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan konsentrasi AB Mix dan jenis POC memberikan pengaruh pada pertumbuhan, fisiologi, dan hasil tanaman pakcoy hidroponik NFT. Tidak terjadi interaksi antara perlakuan konsentrasi AB Mix dan jenis POC terhadap pertumbuhan, fisiologi, dan hasil tanaman pakcoy hidroponik NFT.

The study aims to determine the effect of AB Mix concentration, POC type, and the interaction of AB Mix concentration and POC type on the growth, physiology, and yield of NFT hydroponic pakcoy plants. This study used a split plot design with two treatment factors. The first factor was AB Mix concentration, which consisted of two levels, namely 100% AB Mix concentration and 50% AB Mix concentration. The second factor was the type of POC, which consists of no POC, rabbit urine + azolla plants POC, rabbit urine + trembesi leaves POC, and rabbit urine + kipahit leaves POC. The variables observed in this study included plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, leaf greenness, chlorophyll content, stomatal density, stomatal opening width, stem diameter, stump diameter, root length, root volume, fresh crown weight, fresh root weight, fresh plant weight, dry crown weight, dry root weight, and dry plant weight. The results showed that the treatment of AB Mix concentration and type of POC had a significantly different effect on the growth, physiology, and yield of NFT hydroponic pakcoy plants. There was no interaction between the treatment of AB Mix concentration and type of POC on the growth, physiology, and yield of NFT hydroponic pakcoy plants.
