Model Regresi Data Panel untuk Analisis Pengaruh Laju inflasi Kelompok Indeks Harga Konsumen Terhadap Laju Inflasi di Pulau Jawa Tahun 2022

Inflasi merupakan salah satu fenomena ekonomi yang perlu diperhatikan oleh pemerintah dan masyarakat. Laju inflasi yang tinggi dan tidak stabil dapat menyebabkan berbagai permasalahan sosial ekonomi negara. Salah satu faktor utama yang mempengaruhi inflasi di antaranya adalah Indeks Harga Konsumen (IHK). Terdapat sebelas kelompok barang dan jasa yang diamati dalam IHK. Pada penelitian ini, dibahas model regresi data panel terbaik untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh laju inflasi sebelas kelompok barang dan jasa IHK terhadap laju inflasi di Pulau Jawa periode bulan April sampai Juni 2022. Terdapat tiga model dalam regresi data panel yaitu model common effects, fixed effects, dan random effects. Model regresi data panel terbaik diperoleh setelah melalui tiga uji, yaitu uji Chow, uji Hausman, dan uji Lagrange Multiplier. Pada penelitian ini, diperoleh model random effects sebagai model data panel terbaik dalam menganalisis pengaruh laju inflasi sebelas kelompok barang dan jasa IHK terhadap laju inflasi di Pulau Jawa bulan April sampai Juni 2022.

Inflation is one of the economic phenomena that needs to be monitored by the government and society. A high and unstable inflation rates can lead to various social-economic problems in a country. One of the main factor affecting inflation is the Consumer Price Index (CPI), which observes eleven groups of goods and services. This research discuss about the best models of regression data panels to identify the effect of the inflation rate of eleven CPI goods and services on the inflation rate in Java Island from April to June 2022. There are three models in panel data regression; common effects model, fixed effects model, and random effects model. The best panel data regression model is obtained by three test, there are Chow test, Hausman test, and Lagrange Multiplier test. Of this research, the random effects model is selected as the best panel data model for analyzing the impact of the eleven CPI goods and services groups on the inflation rate in Java Island from April to June 2022.
