Proses penyebaran informasi pada saat ini sudah sangat cepat pesat terutama sejak ditemukannya internet. Istilah internet (interconnected network) sendiri berarti sebuah jaringan global yang sangat besar yang terhubung secara internasional. Jaringan ini digunakan bukan hanya untuk menyebarkan informasi berupa teks melainkan juga suara dan video. 
Sebagai salah satu dari pemanfaatan dari internet adalah video streaming yaitu teknologi yang memungkinkan pengguna untuk dapat melihat tayangan video secara online tanpa harus mengunduhnya terlebih dahulu dari server. Untuk dapat melakukan video streaming dengan baik dan lancar diperlukan kualitas jaringan internet yang memadai. 
Bstation merupakan website yang dapat digunakan untuk melakukan video streaming. Platform ini menyediakan banyak video gratis maupun berbayar yang dapat ditonton secara online. QoS (quality of service) merupakan kumpulan parameter yang biasanya digunakan untuk mengetahui apakah suatu jaringan layak dan baik digunakan untuk melakukan video streaming. 
Dari penelitian ini diketahui nilai rata-rata throughput dari jaringan Wi-Fi adalah 464,957 Kbps dan rata-rata jaringan seluler adalah 343,386 Kbps dimana keduanya memiliki nilai indeks 1 atau kurang bagus. Nilai rata-rata delay dari jaringan Wi-Fi adalah 135 ms dan rata-rata jaringan seluler adalah 38,49 ms dimana keduanya memiliki nilai indeks 4 atau sangat bagus. Nilai rata-rata jitter dari jaringan Wi-Fi adalah 135 ms bernilai indeks 1 atau kategori jelek dan rata-rata jaringan seluler adalah 38,52 ms bernilai indeks 3 atau kategori bagus. Nilai rata-rata packet loss jaringan Wi-Fi dan seluler adalah 0% dimana keduanya bernilai indeks 4 atau kategori sangat bagus. Terakhir nilai rata-rata dari frame rate jaringan Wi-Fi adalah 49,32 dan nilai rata-rata dari jaringan seluler adalah 40,864 dimana keduanya bernilai indeks 5 atau kategori sangat bagus.

The process of disseminating information is currently very fast, especially since the discovery of the internet. The term internet (interconnected network) itself means a very large global network that is connected internationally. This network is used not only to disseminate information in the form of text but also voice and video.
	One of the uses of the internet is video streaming, a technology that allows users to view videos online without having to download them first from the server. To be able to stream video well and smoothly, adequate internet network quality is required.
	Bsation is a website that can be used to stream videos. This platform provides many free and paid videos that can be watched online. QoS (quality of service) is a collection of parameters that are usually used to determine whether a network is suitable and good to use for streaming video.
	From this research, it is known that the average throughput value of the Wi-Fi network is 464.957 Kbps and the average value of the cellular network is 343.386 Kbps, both of which have an index value of 1 or less. The average delay value of the Wi-Fi network is 135 ms and the average value of the cellular network is 38.49 ms, both of which have an index value of 4 or very good. The average jitter value of the Wi-Fi network is 135 ms with an index of 1 or the bad category and the average value of the cellular network is 38.52 ms with an index of 3 or the good category.
