PENGARUH PEMBERIAN PROBIOTIK LACSACPRO TERHADAP HAUGH UNIT (HU) SERTA RASIO YOLK DAN ALBUMEN TELUR ITIK TEGAL YANG DIPELIHARA SECARA TERKURUNG

Penelitian “Pengaruh Pemberian Probiotik Lacsacpro terhadap Haugh Unit (HU) serta Rasio Yolk dan Albumen Telur Itik Tegal yang Dipelihara Secara Terkurung” telah dilaksanakan pada 7 Juni – 12 Agustus 2023, bertempat di Kelompok Ternak Tani Itik (KTTI) Berkah Abadi yang berlokasi di Kelurahan Pasurungan Lor, Kecamatan Margadana, Kota Tegal dan Laboratorium Produksi Ternak Unggas, Fakultas Peternakan, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian probiotik Lacsacpro terhadap Haugh Unit (HU) dan rasio Yolk dan Albumen telur Itik Tegal yang dipelihara secara terkurung. Penelitian ini menggunakan 216 butir telur itik yang diperoleh dari 540 ekor Itik Tegal umur 12 bulan. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap yang terdiri dari 3 perlakuan dengan 6 kali ulangan, sehingga diperoleh 18 unit percobaan. Setiap unit percobaan terdiri dari 30 ekor Itik Tegal. Perlakuan yang diberikan yaitu pemberian probiotik Lacsacpro ke dalam pakan yang terdiri dari L1: Lacsacpro dengan starter Lactobacillus casei 65 ml + Saccharomyces cerevisiae 15 g. L2: Lacsacpro dengan starter Lactobacillus casei 130 ml + Saccharomyces cerevisiae 10 g. L3: Lacsacpro dengan starter Lactobacillus casei 195 ml + Saccharomyces cerevisiae 5 g. Peubah yang diukur yaitu Haugh Unit (HU) dan Rasio Yolk dan Albumen. Analisis data yang dilakukan menggunakan analisis variansi (ANAVA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rataan nilai HU yang dihasilkan yaitu berkisar 88,46 sampai 89,75 dengan nilai rataan 89,06 ± 2,48 dan hasil dari rataan rasio yolk dan albumen berkisar 0,74 sampai dengan 0,76 dengan nilai rataan 0,75 ± 0,04. Hasil analisis variansi menunjukkan bahwa pemberian probiotik Lacsacpro berpengaruh tidak nyata (P>0,05) terhadap nilai HU dan rasio Yolk dan Albumen telur Itik Tegal. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian probiotik Lacsacpro yang terdiri dari bakteri Lactobacillus casei dan Saccharomyces cerevisiae belum dapat meningkatkan kualitas telur berdasarkan nilai Haugh Unit (HU) serta rasio yolk dan albumen.

The research "The Effect of Probiotic Lacsacpro on the Haugh Unit (HU) and the Yolk and Egg Albumen Ratio of Tegal Ducks Raised Intensively" was carried out on 7 June - 12 August 2023, at the Berkah Abadi Duck Farming Group (KTTI) located in the District Pasurungan Lor, Margadana District, Tegal City and Poultry Production Laboratory, Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Jenderal Soedirman University, Purwokerto. Aimed of this research is to determine the effect of giving the probiotic Lacsacpro on the Haugh Unit (HU) and the ratio of Yolk and Egg Albumen in Tegal Duck eggs that are kept in captivity. This research used 216 duck eggs obtained from 540 Tegal ducks aged 12 months. The research design used was a completely randomized design consisting of 3 treatments with 6 replications, so that 18 experimental units were obtained. Each experimental unit consisted of 30 Tegal ducks. The treatment given is the administration of the probiotic Lacsacpro into the feed consisting of L1: Lacsacpro with starter Lactobacillus casei 65 ml + Saccharomyces cerevisiae 15 g. L2: Lacsacpro with starter Lactobacillus casei 130 ml + Saccharomyces cerevisiae 10 g. L3: Lacsacpro with starter Lactobacillus casei 195 ml + Saccharomyces cerevisiae 5 g. The variables measured are Haugh Unit (HU) and Yolk to Albumen Ratio. Data analysis was carried out using analysis of variance (ANOVA). The results of the study showed that the average HU value produced ranges from 88.46 to 89.75 with an average value of 89.06 ± 2.48 and the results of the average yolk to albumen ratio range from 0.74 to 0.76 with an average value of 0, 75 ± 0.04. The results of the analysis of variance showed that the administration of the probiotic Lacsacpro had no significant effect (P>0.05) on the HU value and the ratio of Yolk and Albumen of Tegal Duck eggs. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that giving the probiotic Lacsacpro, which consists of the bacteria Lactobacillus casei and Saccharomyces cerevisiae, has not been able to improve egg quality based on the Haugh Unit (HU) value and the yolk and albumen ratio.
