PENGARUH KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL, MOTIVASI, DAN ETIKA PROFESI TERHADAP KINERJA AUDITOR PADA KAP DI SOLO

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh kecerdasan emosional, motivasi, dan etika profesi terhadap kinerja dari auditor. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Solo dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuisioner yang disebar kepada 40 auditor yang bekerja di Kantor Akutan Publik (KAP) yang ada di Solo. KAP-KAP yang diambil datanya adalah KAP Ganung ab, KAP Wartono, KAP Dr. Payamta, KAP Kumalahadi Sugeng Pamudji (KKSP) Solo, dan KAP Mahsun Nurdiono Kukuh (MNK) Solo. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja auditor namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan, (2) motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja auditor, dan (3) etika profesi berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja auditor

This study aims to investigate the influence of emotional intelligence, motivation, and professional ethics on the performance of auditors. The research was conducted in Solo using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 40 auditors working in Public Accounting Firms (KAP) in Solo. The KAPs included in the data collection were KAP Ganung AB, KAP Wartono, KAP Dr. Payamta, KAP Kumalahadi Sugeng Pamudji (KKSP) Solo, and KAP Mahsun Nurdiono Kukuh (MNK) Solo. The results of this study are as follows: (1) emotional intelligence has a positive but not significant impact on auditor performance, (2) motivation has a positive and significant impact on auditor performance, and (3) professional ethics has a positive and significant impact on auditor performance.
