Pengaruh Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka, Kreativitas Guru, Dan Metode Pembelajaran Peer Teaching Terhadap Motivasi Belajar

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh implementasi kurikulum merdeka, kreativitas guru, dan metode pembelajaran peer teaching (tutor sebaya) terhadap motivasi belajar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI Akuntansi Keuangan Lembaga (AKL) SMK Negeri 1 Purwokerto yang berjumlah 176 siswa pada tahun pelajaran 2023/2024. Jumlah responden adalah 125 siswa yang diambil secara random dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian dan analisis data menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kurikulum merdeka berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas XI AKL SMK Negeri 1 Purwokerto; kreativitas guru berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas XI AKL SMK Negeri 1 Purwokerto; metode pembelajaran peer teaching berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas XI AKL SMK Negeri 1 Purwokerto. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian variabel implementasi kurikulum merdeka memiliki pengaruh terbesar terhadap motivasi belajar.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the implementation of an independent curriculum, teacher creativity, and peer teaching (peer tutor) learning methods on learning motivation. This research is a survey research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were class XI students of Institutional Financial Accounting (AKL) SMK Negeri 1 Purwokerto, totaling 176 students in the 2023/2024 academic year. The number of respondents was 125 students who were taken randomly using simple random sampling technique. The results of research and data analysis show that the implementation of an independent curriculum has a positive effect on the learning motivation of students in class XI AKL SMK Negeri 1 Purwokerto; teacher creativity has a positive effect on the learning motivation of students in class XI AKL SMK Negeri 1 Purwokerto; peer teaching learning method has a positive effect on the learning motivation of students in class XI AKL SMK Negeri 1 Purwokerto. Based on the research results, the independent curriculum implementation variable has the greatest influence on learning motivation.
