Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Pengaruh Produksi Beras, Kemiskinan, dan Prevalence of Undernourishment (PoU) Terhadap Ketahanan Pangan di Indonesia”. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel Produksi Beras, Kemiskinan dan Prevalence of Undernourihment (PoU) terhadap ketahanan pangan di Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder berupa data panel dengan periode tahun penelitian 2018-2022. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi data panel dengan metode Fixed Effect Model (FEM).
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama variabel produksi beras, kemiskinan, dan prevalence of undernourihment (PoU) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ketahanan pangan di Indonesia. Secara parsial variabel produksi beras berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap ketahanan pangan di Indonesia. Variabel kemiskinan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap ketahanan pangan di Indonesia. Variabel prevalence of undernourihment (PoU) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ketahanan pangan di Indonesia.

This research is entitled "Analysis of the Effect of Rice Production, Poverty, and Prevalence of Undernourishment (PoU) on Food Security in Indonesia". The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of the variables Rice Production, Poverty and Prevalence of Undernourishment (PoU) on food security in Indonesia. This type of research is descriptive quantitative using secondary data in the form of panel data with a research period of 2018-2022. The analytical method used in this research is panel data regression analysis using the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) method.
The results of this research show that together the variables of rice production, poverty and prevalence of undernourishment (PoU) have a significant effect on food security in Indonesia. Partially, the rice production variable has a positive and insignificant effect on food security in Indonesia. The poverty variable has a negative and significant effect on food security in Indonesia. The prevalence of undernourishment (PoU) variable has a positive and significant effect on food security in Indonesia.
