Pengaruh Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka dan Kompetensi Guru Terhadap Motivasi Belajar Mata Pelajaran Ekonomi Pada Peserta Didik Kelas X MAN 1 Banyumas

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei pada siswa kelas X MAN 1 Banyumas. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh implementasi kurikulum merdeka terhadap motivasi belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi pada peserta didik kelas X MAN 1 Banyumas (2) pengaruh kompetensi guru terhadap motivasi belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi pada peserta didik kelas X MAN 1 Banyumas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas X MAN 1 Banyumas. Sampel yang diambil pada penelitian sebanyak 85 siswa. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengambil sampel penelitian yaitu Simple Random Sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data menggunakan SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) menunjukan bahwa (1) Implementasi kurikulum merdeka berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi belajar siswa, (2) Kompetensi guru berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi belajar siswa, (3) Implementasi kurikulum merdeka dan kompetensi guru secara bersamaan berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Implikasi dari penelitian ini yaitu Pengimplementasian kurikulum merdeka masih dikategorikan sedang, maka perlu ditingkatkan kembali dalam impelementasi kurikulum merdeka terutama pada pemberian pre tes sebelum guru menjelaskan materi pembelajaran agar guru mengetahui kesiapan peserta didik saat memulai pembelajaran. Pada kompetensi guru yang mendapatkan skor terendah yaitu kompetensi kepribadian sehingga perlu ditingkatkan kembali karena kompetensi kepribadian mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa .Untuk mendapatkan pencapaian tujuan maka siswa harus lebih meningkatkan motivasi belajar seperti aktif dalam proses pembelajaran, berusaha semaksimal mungkin dalam meraih nilai yang memuaskan, tidak menunda-nunda waktu belajar, dan tidak putus asa saat mengerjakan soal yang sulit.

This research used a survey method on class X students at MAN 1 Banyumas. The research aims to determine: (1) the influence of the implementation of the independent curriculum on the motivation to study economics subjects in class The population in this study were class X students at MAN 1 Banyumas. The samples taken in the research were 85 students. The method used to take research samples is Simple Random Sampling. Based on the results of research and data analysis using SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) it shows that (1) Implementation of the independent curriculum has a positive effect on student learning motivation, (2) Teacher competency has a positive effect on student learning motivation, (3) Implementation of the independent curriculum and competence teachers simultaneously have a positive influence on student learning motivation. The implication of this research is that the implementation of the independent curriculum is still categorized as moderate, so it is necessary to improve the implementation of the independent curriculum, especially in giving pre-tests before the teacher explains the learning material so that the teacher knows the students' readiness when starting learning. The teacher competency that gets the lowest score is personality competency, so it needs to be improved again because personality competency can increase students' learning motivation. To achieve goals, students must further increase their learning motivation, such as being active in the learning process, trying as hard as possible to achieve satisfactory grades, not procrastinate studying, and don't give up when working on difficult questions.
