Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Pengaruh frekuensi aplikasi pupuk organik cair terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman selada organik, (2) Pengaruh dosis formulasi jamur Trichoderma harzianum terhadap pertumbuhan hasil tanaman selada organik, (3) Interaksi antara frekuensi pupuk organik cair dan dosis formulasi Trichoderma harzianum terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman selada. Penelitian menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok lengkap (RAKL) pola faktorial dengan 2 faktor dan 3 kali ulangan. Faktor pertama adalah frekuensi aplikasi pupuk organik cair yang terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu aplikasi satu minggu sekali, dan aplikasi dua minggu sekali, dan kontrol (tanpa aplikasi). Faktor kedua adalah dosis formulasi Trichoderma harzianum yang terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu 10g/polybag, 15g/polybag, dan kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa frekuensi pemberian pupuk organik cair yang terbaik adalah seminggu sekali (konsentrasi 4 ml/l), dilihat dari variabel luas daun, volume akar, bobot basah tajuk, bobot kering tajuk, bobot basah akar, bobot kering akar, bobot basah tanaman, dan bobot kering tanaman. Dosis formulasi T. harzianum 10 g/polibag memberikan hasil terbaik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil selada organik. Terjadi interaksi antara frekuensi pupuk organik cair dan dosis formulasi T. harzianum terhadap luas daun, volume akar, bobot basah tanaman, bobot basah tajuk, bobot kering tanaman, bobot kering tajuk, dan bobot kering akar.

This research was aimed to know 1) the effect of application frequency of the liquid organic fertilizer on growth and yield of the organic lettuce plants, 2) the effect of formula doses of the fungus Trichoderma harzianum on growth and yield of the organic lettuce plants, organic lettuce plants, and 3) interaction between frequency of the liquid organic fertilizer and the fungus Trichoderma harzianum on growth and yield of the organic lettuce plants.  The research used a factorial randomized complete block design (RCBD) in 2 factors and 3 replicates.  The first factor was the application frequencies of the liquid organic fertilizer consisting of three levels i.e. one week, two weeks, and control (no application).  The second one was the formulation doses of T. harzianum consisting of three levels i.e. 10 g/polybag, 15 g/polybag, and control. Results of the research performed that the best application frequency of the liquid organic fertilizer was on every one week (concentration of 4 ml/l), when seen from variables of leaf area, root volume, crown wet weight, crown dry weight, plant wet weight, and plant dry weight.  The T. harzianum formulation dose of 10 g/polybag gave the best growth and yield of the organic lettuce.  Interactions between frequency of the liquid organic fertilizer and the fungus Trichoderma harzianum occurred on leaf area, root volume, plant wet weight, plant dry weight, crown wet weight, crown dry weight, and root dry weight.
