Amerika Serikat telah lama memainkan peran penting dan pengaruh yang signifikan dalam proses pembuatan resolusi konflik Israel-Palestina, terutama di Dewan Keamanan Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa (DK-PBB) sebagai salah satu negara anggota tetap yang memiliki hak veto. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis upaya intervesi Amerika Serikat dalam konflik Israel-Palestina, termasuk manuver diplomatik, latar beakang kebijakan luar negeri, serta dampak dari kebijakan tersebut. Keberpihakan Amerika Serikat terhadap Israel telah menjadi hambatan utama dalam usaha penyelesaian konflik Israel dan Palestina, sehingga penelitian ini dibutuhkan untuk mengetahui secara lebih jelas dan komprehensif penyebab kegagalan resolusi konflk DK-PBB pada tahun 2017-2021 akibat intervensi dari Amerika Serikat sehingga konflik masih gagal menemukan titik terang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan sumber data sekunder yang dikumpulkan dengan teknik pengumpulan data penelitian pustaka. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan luar negeri yang dikeluarkan oleh Amerika Serikat terkait konflik Israel-Palestina pada periode 2017 hingga 2021 dilatar belakangi oleh besarnya pengaruh Yahudi di Pemerintahan Amerika Serikat sejak Perang Dunia II hingga saat ini. Pengaruh Yahudi tersebar secara luas dan mengakar hingga jabatan-jabatan politik dalam birokrasi Amerika Serikat banyak diisi oleh orang-orang Yahudi yang mendukung Israel, sehingga kebijakan yang dikeluarkan cenderung memihak pada Israel. Resolusi-resolusi konflik Israel-Palestina di DK-PBB terus mengalami kegagalan dikarenakan adanya upaya dari Amerika Serikat untuk melindungi Israel agar tujuan nasional kedua negara tersebut tetap dapat berhasil dicapai.

The United States has long played an important role and significant influence in the process of making resolutions to the Israeli Palestinian conflict, especially in the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) as one of the veto-wielding permanent members. This study aims to analyze the United States' intervention efforts in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, including diplomatic maneuvers, foreign policy background, and the impact of these policies. The United States' partiality towards Israel has become a major obstacle in efforts to resolve the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, so this research is needed to find out more clearly and comprehensively the causes of the failure of the UNSC conflict resolution in 2017-2021 due to intervention from the United States so that the conflict still fails to find a bright spot. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods with secondary data sources collected using library research data collection techniques. The results of this study indicate that the foreign policy issued by the United States regarding the Israeli-Palestinian conflict in the period 2017 to 2021 is motivated by the large Jewish influence in the United States Government from World War II to the present. Jewish influence is so widespread and entrenched that political positions in the US bureaucracy are filled by Jews who support Israel, so that policies issued tend to favor Israel. The resolutions of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict in the UNSC continue to fail due to the efforts of the United States to protect Israel so that the national goals of the two countries can still be successfully achieved.
