Analisis Performan Produksi Ayam Broiler Strain Cobb Pada Dua Periode Pemeliharaan

Abstrak. Tujuan magang untuk mengetahui perbedaan performans ayam broiler berdasarkan bobot badan, pertambahan bobot badan, konversi pakan, deplesi dan indeks performan pada dua periode pemeliharaan ayam broiler di PT Cemerlang Unggas Lestari Unit KD Sudarwo Baturaden. Magang dimulai pada 5 Maret 2023 hingga 18 maret 2023 periode 1 selama 32 hari pemeliharaan, dengan populasi ayam 11,500 ekor / periode. Pemeliharaan periode 2 selama 36 hari dimulai pada 17 April hingga 15 Juli 2023 di Desa Kebumen, Kecamatan baturaden Kabupaten Banyumas, Jawa Tengah. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode magang melalui pengamatan langsung di lapangan, variabel yang diukur meliputi bobot badan (BB), pertambahan bobot badan (PBB), konversi pakan (FCR), deplesi dan indeks performan (IP). Analisis data deskriptif untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai masalah yang terjadi di lapangan apa adanya, dengan cara membandingkan performan produksi pada dua periode pemeliharaan. Hasil bobot badan (BB) periode 1 umur 14 hari 0,468 kg di umur 30 hari 1,396 kg, bobot badan (BB) periode 2 umur 14 hari 0,483 kg, umur 30 hari 1,891 kg. FCR periode 1 pada fase starter umur 14 hari 1,19 dan fase finisher umur 30 hari 1,34, periode 2 pada fase starter umur 14 hari 1,28, fase finisher umur 30 hari 1,44. Deplesi di umur 14 hari = 1,33 %, di umur 30 hari = 1,74 % pada peride 1, periode 2 lebih rendah yaitu di umur 14 hari = 1,32 %, di umur 30 hari = 1,35 %. Indeks performan (IP) umur 30 hari yaitu 397 dan pada periode 2 umur 30 hari 396. Kesimpulan Berdasarkan hasil pemeliharaan menunjukkan indeks performan pada periode 1 dan 2 tidak sesuai dengan standar strain cobb namun performan pada periode 2 lebih baik dibandingkan dengan periode 1.

Abstract. The aim of the internship is to determine differences in broiler chicken performance based on body weight, body weight gain, feed conversion, depletion and performance index in two periods of broiler chicken rearing at PT Cemerlang Unggas Lestari Unit KD Sudarwo Baturaden. The internship starts on March 5 2023 until March 18 2023 period 1 for 32 days of maintenance, with a chicken population of 11.500 chickens / period. Maintenance period 2 for 36 days starts on April 17 to July 15 2023 in Kebumen Village, Baturaden District, Banyumas Regency, Central Java. The method used is the apprenticeship method through direct observation in the field, the variables measured include body weight (BB), performance index (IP), feed conversion ratio (FCR) depletion, and body weight increase (PBB). Descriptive data analysis to provide an overview of the problems that occur in the field as they are, by comparing production performance in two maintenance periods. The results of body weight (BB) for period 1, age 14 days, 0.468 kg, at age 30 days, 1.396 kg, body weight (BB) for period 2, age 14 days, 0.483 kg, age 30 days, 1.891 kg. FCR period 1 in the starter phase aged 14 days 1.19 and phasefinisher 30 days old 1.34, period 2 in phasestarter 14 days old 1.28, phasefinisher 30 days old 1.44. Depletion at 14 days of age = 1.33%, at 30 days of age = 1.74% in period 1, period 2 is lower, namely at 14 days of age = 1.32%, at 30 days of age = 1.35%. The performance index (IP) at 30 days is 397 and in period 2 at 30 days is 396. Conclusion Based on maintenance results, it shows that the performance index in periods 1 and 2 is not in accordance with standardsstrain cobb However, performance in period 2 was better than period 1.
