Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)

Penelitian bertujuan  untuk 1) Mengetahui respon tanaman selada terhadap  pemberian POC dan AB Mix, dan 2) Mengetahui konsentrasi dan kombinasi terbaik dari setiap pemberian POC dan AB Mix. Penelitian dilaksanakan di rumah plastik Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman.Penelitian dilaksanakan dari mulai Mei 2012 sampai juni 2012. Penelitian menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok lengkap (RAKL)  yang terdiri dari 10 kombinasi dengan 3 kali ulangan. Faktor yang dicoba adalah jenis pupuk AB Mix (P1), POC Superbionik (P2) dan kombinasi POC Superbionik dengan AB Mix (P3), serta konsentrasi 0 ml per liter (K0), 2 ml per liter (K1), 4 ml per liter (K2), dan 6 ml per liter (K3). Analisis data menggunakan analisis kontras ortogonal. Variabel yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, volume akar, bobot akar segar, bobot akar kering, bobot tajuk segar, bobot tajuk kering, bobot tanaman segar, dan bobot tanaman kering.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan jenis pupuk tidak berbeda nyata terhadap semua variabel, tetapi terjadi perbedaan yang nyata pada jumlah daun.Perlakuan konsentrasi tidak berbeda terhadap semua variabel, namun memberikan hasil yang sangat nyata pada bobot akar kering. Kombinasi perlakuan P2K1, P2K2, P1K3, dan P3K3 memberikan hasil yang terbaik pada bobot tanaman segar sebesar 116,52 gram, 114,77 gram, 115,15 gram, dan 115 gram.

The research was aimed to know 1) the response of lettuce plants to application of superbionic liquid organic fertilizers and AB Mix and 2) the best concentration and combination by each application. It was conducted in a plastic house at Faculty of Agriculture Jenderal Soedirman University, starting from May up to June 2012.  A randomized complete block design (RCBD) was used in this research comprising 10 combinations and three replicates.  The factor tested was sorts of the fertilizers consisting of AB Mix (P1), Superbionic LOF (P2), and Superbionic LOF and AB Mix in combination, and also the concentration of 0 ml/l (K0), 2 ml/l (K1), 4 ml/l (K2), and 6 ml/l (K3).  Data were analyzed by using the orthogonal contrast analysis.  Variables observed were plant height, leaf number, leaf area, root volume, fresh root weight, dry root weight, fresh crown weight, dry crown weight, fresh plant weight, and dry plant weight.  the research Results performed that the sorts of fertilizers were unsignificant different from all variables, except the leaf number.  Concentrations were insignificantly different from all variables, but there was a strong different from the dry plant weight.  The combined treatment of P2K1, P2K2, P1K3, and P3K3 gave the best yield on the fresh plant weight reaching 116.52 g, 114,77 g, 115,15 g, and 115 g
