Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pertumbuhan cempe hasil perkawinanan antara domba pejantan dan induk Dorper, pejantan Dorper dan induk Garut disebut (F1) dan pejantan Dorper dan induk F1 disebut (F2). Penelitian dilaksanakan PT. Ayodhya Farm Agro Abadi Kecamatan Wonosari, Kabupaten Gunung Kidul, pada bulan Maret sampai Juni 2023. Materi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 5 ekor cempe Dorper, 12 ekor cempe   F1, dan 10 ekor cempe F2. Metode penelitian adalah studi kasus, menggunakan data cempe yang lahir pada bulan Maret 2023, pengambilan data dilakukan secara purposive sampling tanpa membedakan cempe jantan dan betina. Variabel yang diamati mencakup bobot lahir dan pertumbuhan bobot badan prasapih, disapih umur 3 bulan. Data dianalisis menggunakan independent sample T-Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan (P>0,05) antara bobot lahir maupun pertambahan bobot badan harian (PBBH) cempe Dorper, F1 Dorper dan F2 Dorper. Masing-masing bobot lahir cempe berturut-turut adalah 2,91± 0,82; 2,51 ± 0,64; 2.46 ± 0.44 kg; dan PBBH prasapih berturut-turut 0,131 ± 0,069; 0,091 ± 0,020; 0,088 ± 0,045 g/hari. Disimpulkan bahwa bobot lahir maupun PBBH tidak dipengaruhi bangsa induk.

This research aims to determine the growth of sheep resulting from crossing male Dorper sheep with Dorper ewes sheep, F1 Dorper and F2 Dorper. The research took place at PT. Ayodhya Farm Agro Abadi for four months, from March to June 2023. The material used was five pure Dorper lamb, 12 F1 lamb, and 10 F2 lamb. The method used in this research is the survey method. Purposive sampling was used to determine the observations. The variables observed included birth weight and then pre-weaning body weight growth. Data were analyzed using the independent sample T-Test. The research found that the birth weights of pure lamb Dorper, F1 Dorper, and F2 Dorper were 2.91 ± 0.82 kg, 2.51 ± 0.64 kg, and 2.46 ± 0.44 kg, respectively. The mean birth weights of the parent breeds did not vary (P>0.05). Pre-weaning daily body weight gain (PBBH) of pure Dorper, F1 Dorper and F2 Dorper lamb were 0.131 ± 0.069, respectively. 0.091 ± 0.020, and 0.088 ± 0.045 g/day, PBBH in pre-weaned shrike was not influenced by parent breed (P>0.05).
