Pengaruh Environmental Performance, Profitabilitas, dan Good Corporate Governance terhadap Pengungkapan Sustainability Report

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Environmental Performance, Profitabilitas, dan Good Corporate Governance terhadap Pengungkapan Sustainability Report. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan industri dasar dan kimia yang terdaftar di BEI selama periode 2021-2022. Total observasi data dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 34 sampel perusahaan. Metode pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah metode dokumentasi analisis isi sustainability report dan laporan keuangan perusahaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Environmental Performance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengungkapan sustainability report. Sementara itu, profitabilitas dan kepemilikan institusional tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengungkapan sustainability report. Sedangkan kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap pengungkapan sustainability report.

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of environmental performance, profitability, and Good Corporate Governance on sustainability report disclosure. The population of this study is a basic and chemical industry companies are listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange during the period 2021 – 2022. The total observation data in this study were 34 companies. The data collection method that used in this study is the documentation analysis of contents of sustainability report and financial report of company. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The result of this study show that environmental performance has a positive and significant effect on sustainability report disclosure. Meanwhile, profitability and institusional ownership does not affect the sustainability report disclosure. In other that, managerial ownership has a negative and significant effect on sustainability report disclosure.
