Latar Belakang : Kecamatan Purwokerto Selatan menempati salah satu dari urutan 10 besar dengan kasus tuberkulosis tertinggi di Kabupaten Banyumas. Total kasus pada kecamatan Purwokerto Selatan mencapai 176 kasus atau 246 per 100.000 penduduk pada tahun 2023. Mengingat tingginya kasus yang ada perlu dilaksanakan program Pencegahan dan Penanggulangan Tuberkulosis (P2TB) di kecamatan tersebut. Namun dalam pelaksanaannya masih terdapat beberapa kendala terkait pembiayaan. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pembiayaan pada program  program Pencegahan dan Penanggulangan Tuberkulosis (P2TB) menggunakan pendekatan Health Account di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Purwokerto Selatan
Metodologi : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kulaititif dengan pendekatan naratif. Teknik wawancara, studi dakomen dan observasi. Informan kunci dalam penelitian ini berjumlah dua orang yakni Programer program TB Puskesmas Purwokerto Selatan  dan kepala Puskesmas Purwokerto Selatan. Informan utama berjumlah dua orang yakni Kepala Divisi Keuangan Puskesmas Purwokerto Selatan dan Kader Kesehatan TB Puskesmas Purwokerto Selatan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada bulan Oktober – Desember 2023.
Hasil Penelitian : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  ketersediaan dana program, peran JKN untuk program, serta manfaat yang diterima dari program P2TB sudah berjalan sesuai rencana puskesmas. Tetapi masih terdapat hambatan dalam pencairan dana BOK, alokasi dana program promkes TB, dan pelaksanaan kegiatan kunjungan rumah pada program P2TB.. 
Kesimpulan : Masih terdapat beberapa hambatan dalam pembiayaan Program P2TB di Puskesmas Purwokerto Selatan yaitu keterlambatan pencairan dana BOK, jumlah anggaran yang belum memcakup kebutuhan kunjungan rumah semua pasien, serta  alokasi dana program promkes TB yang belum terdistribusi merata. Sehingga perlu adanya evaluasi  secara terjadwal yang dilakukan oleh puskesmas sehingga dapat  meminimalisir hambatan yang akan terjadi ditahun selanjutnya.

Background : South Purwokerto District is one of the top 10 with the highest tuberculosis cases in Banyumas Regency. The total number of cases in South Purwokerto sub-district will reach 176 cases or 246 per 100,000 population in 2023. Considering the high number of cases, it is necessary to implement a Tuberculosis Prevention and Control (P2TB) program in this sub-district. However, in implementation there are still several obstacles related to financing. Therefore, this research aims to analyze financing for the Tuberculosis Prevention and Control (P2TB) program using the Health Account approach in the work area of the South Purwokerto Community Health Center.
Methods : This research uses a qualitative research method with a narrative approach. Interview techniques, dakomen studies and observations. The key informants in this research were two people, namely the TB program programmer at the South Purwokerto Health Center and the head of the South Purwokerto Health Center. The main informants were two people, namely the Head of the Finance Division of the South Purwokerto Community Health Center and the TB Health Cadre of the South Purwokerto Community Health Center. Data collection will be carried out in October – December 2023.
Results : The research results show that the availability of program funds, the role of JKN for the program, and the benefits received from the P2TB program are running according to the puskesmas plan. However, there are still obstacles in disbursing BOK funds, allocating funds for the TB health promotion program, and implementing home visit activities in the P2TB program. 
Conclusion : There are still several obstacles in financing the P2TB Program at the South Purwokerto Community Health Center, namely delays in disbursement of BOK funds, the budget amount does not cover the need for home visits for all patients, as well as the allocation of funds for the TB health program that has not been distributed evenly. Therefore, it is necessary to have a scheduled evaluation carried out by the community health center so that it can minimize obstacles that will occur in the following year.
