Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)

Tujuan utama dari artikel ini adalah untuk menganalisis jenis-jenis tindak tutur ekspresif dalam film Spider-Man: No Way Home. Artikel ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teori jenis-jenis tindak tutur ekspresif dari Searle dan Vanderveken (1985). Data dari artikel ini adalah 66 tindak tutur ekspresif yang diucapkan oleh semua karakter dalam film. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada 11 jenis tindak tutur ekspresif yang ditemukan dalam film tersebut, yaitu: Meminta maaf, Berterima kasih, Menyapa, Memuji, Memuji, Mengeluh, Berbelasungkawa, Menyambut, Memprotes, Menyesalkan, dan Memberi selamat. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa jumlah yang bervariasi dari setiap jenis tindak tutur ekspresif sangat bergantung pada plot cerita.  Misalnya dari alur cerita film, dapat dilihat bahwa film ini banyak bercerita tentang karakter yang melakukan kesalahan, sehingga jenis tindak tutur ekspresif dengan jumlah terbanyak adalah meminta maaf. Diikuti oleh jenis berterima kasih dan menyapa karena dalam film, ada banyak contoh di mana karakter bekerja satu sama lain dan bertemu untuk pertama kalinya. Itulah contoh bagaimana cerita mempengaruhi penggunaan tindak tutur ekspresif dalam film "Spider-Man: No Way Home".

This article main goal is to analyze the types of expressive speech act in the Spider-Man: No Way Home movie. The article was conducted by using the theory of types of expressive speech acts by Searle and Vanderveken (1985). The data of this article are the 66 expressive speech acts uttered by all of the characters in the movie. The result of this research shows that there are 11 different types of expressive speech acts found in the movie, they are: Apologizing Thanking, Greeting, Praising, Complementing, Complaining, Condoling Welcoming, Protesting, Deploring, and Congratulating. It can be concluded from The varying amount of each types of expressive speech acts is highly dependent on the plot of the story.  For instance from the plot of the movie, it can be seen that it deals a lot with characters making mistakes, hence the type of expressive speech acts with the highest amount is apologizing. Followed by the thanking and greeting type because in the movie, there are a lot of instance where the characters both working with each other and meeting for the first time respectively. That is an example on how the story impacted the use of expressive speech acts in the “Spider-Man: No Way Home” movie.
