HEBE SOAP: SABUN ORGANIK & ANTIOKSIDAN TERBUAT DARI AMPAS KEDELAI UNTUK PEMANFAATAN LIMBAH TAHU (Perolehan Kejuaraan pada Kegiatan Malaysia Technology Expo 2023)

Penyelenggaraan kegiatan kompetisi ilmiah memegang peranan penting dalam dunia akademis melalui penciptaan terobosan ilmiah dan inovasi. WIIPA bersama dengan IFIA menyelenggarakan kegiatan Malaysia Technology Expo (MTE) 2023 sebagai wadah yang menampung inovasi dari seluruh dunia. Inovasi yang diajukan penulis dalam MTE 2023 berjudul “Hebe Soap: Organic & Antioxidant Body Soap Made from Soybean Dregs to Utilize Tofu Waste in Kalisari Village, Banyumas, Indonesia.” Ide inovasi tersebut berangkat dari konsep ekonomi sirkular yang menekankan kegiatan ekonomi pada dampak kerusakan seminimal mungkin dengan prinsip pengurangan limbah. Kegiatan produksi yang dilakukan UMKM pengrajin tahu menghasilkan limbah padat maupun limbah cair. Sebagai upaya dalam mencapai prinsip ekonomi sirkular tersebut, produk Hebe Soap dikembangkan dengan memanfaatkan limbah ampas kedelai hasil produksi tahu di Desa Kalisari, Banyumas.

Scientific competition activities plays an important role in the academic world through the creation of scientific breakthroughs and innovation. WIIPA together with IFIA organized the Malaysia Technology Expo (MTE) 2023 as a forum to accommodate innovation from all over the world. The innovation proposed by the author in MTE 2023 entitled "Hebe Soap: Organic & Antioxidant Body Soap Made from Soybean Dregs to Utilize Tofu Waste in Kalisari Village, Banyumas, Indonesia." This innovation idea departed from the concept of a circular economy which emphasizes economic activities with minimal damage as possible with the principle of reducing waste. Production activities carried out by tofu MSMEs produce both solid waste and liquid waste. As an effort to achieve these circular economy principles, the Hebe Soap product was developed by utilizing soybean dregs waste from tofu production in Kalisari Village, Banyumas.
