PENGARUH KINERJA LINGKUNGAN DAN GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE TERHADAP KINERJA KEUANGAN PADA PERUSAHAAN SEKTOR BASIC INDUSTRY AND CHEMICALS YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA TAHUN 2018-2022

Penelitian ini beertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja lingkungan dan good corporate governance yang diproksikan dengan dewan komisaris independen, dewan direksi & komite audit terhadap kinerja keuangan yang diproksikan dengan ROA (return on asset). Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data sekunder yang dikumpulkan dengan teknik dokumentasi dan studi pustaka. Metode teknis analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) dengan Software IBM SPSS Statistics 25. Purposive sampling digunakan sebagai metode penentuan sampel. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 97 sampel penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa kinerja lingkungan tidak berpengaruh positif signikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, dewan komisaris independen berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, dewan direksi tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan serta komite audit berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan.

This research aims to determine the effect of environmental performance and good corporate governance as proxied by the independent board of commissioners, board of directors & audit committee on financial performance as proxied by ROA (return on assets). The research method uses quantitative methods. The data used in this research is secondary data collected using documentation techniques and literature study. The technical method of data analysis used in this research is using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) with IBM SPSS Statistics 25 Software. Purposive sampling was used as the sample determination method. The number of samples in this research was 97 research samples. The results of this research state that environmental performance has no significant positive effect on financial performance, the independent board of commissioners has a significant positive effect on financial performance, the board of directors has no significant positive effect on financial performance and the audit committee has an effect on financial performance.
