PT. XYZ adalah industri yang berfokus dibidang kayu lapis dengan supplier kayu log terdapat dari beberapa tempat. Bahan baku datang dengan bentuk kayu log atau kayu gelondongan. Pada PT. XYZ belum memiliki sistem dalam menentukan supplier bahan baku, sehingga perlu dilakukan pemilihan supplier agar menghasilkan keputusan yang tepat dalam menentukan supplier bahan baku di perusahaan. Supplier harus dipilih dengan cara yang tepat, karena berdampak pada keputusan jangka panjang perusahaan. Pemilihan supplier yang tepat, perlu menentukan kriteria yang akan menjadi acuan atau landasan dalam mengambil sebuah keputusan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP)-Entropy untuk menentukan bobot kriteria dan metode Complex Proportional Assessment (COPRAS) untuk menentukan ranking sehingga didapatkan supplier terbaik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, kriteria perubahan pengiriman merupakan kriteria paling penting dalam penelitian supplier bahan baku plywood dengan bobot 0,312. Supplier terbaik yang direkomendasikan adalah supplier 3 dengan U_i sebesar 100.

PT. XYZ is an industry that specializes in plywood, with log suppliers located in several places. Raw materials come in the form of logs. Currently, at PT. XYZ, there is no established system for determining raw material suppliers. Therefore, it is necessary to carefully select suppliers to make informed decisions about raw material procurement in the company. The choice of suppliers is crucial, as it significantly impacts the company's long-term decisions. Selecting the right supplier requires establishing criteria that will serve as a reference or basis for decision-making. The method employed in this process is the hybrid Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP)-Entropy to determine the weight of the criteria and the Complex Proportional Assessment (COPRAS) method to determine the ranking, ultimately leading to the identification of the best supplier. Based on the study results, the most crucial criteria in researching plywood raw material suppliers are the criteria related to delivery change, with a weight of 0.312. The recommended supplier is supplier 3, with a Ui value of 100.
