Penelitianiniberjudul“AnalisisWillingness To Accept (WTA) Dana KompensasiPadaPekerja Plasma Bulu MataPalsu (StudiKasus di DesaCandiwulanKec. KutasariKab. Purbalingga)”.Tujuanpenelitianiniadalahuntukmengkajipersepsipekerja plasma terhadapkeberadaan plasma yang tidakmemilikiJamsostekdanperlindungansosial, mengetahuikesediaanmenerimakompensasi, mengetahuibesarnyanilaiWTA, sertamengkajikeberadaaninvestasiasing.
Penelitian ini merupakananalisis data primer dansekunder. Data primer diperoleh melaluiwawancararesponden, sedangkan data sekunderdiperolehmelaluiPemerintah Daerah, BadanPusatStatistik, Dinsosnakertransserta Kantor Penanaman Modal danPerizinanTerpadu (KPMPT). Alatanalisis yang digunakanadalahCVM (Contingent valuation Method)
BerdasarkanhasilpenelitiansebagianbesarpekerjamemahamiJamsosteknamunpemahamanUU No.13 tentangKetenagakerjaanmasihrendah.PekerjatidakmengetahuibagaimanacaramenerapkanJamsostek. Atasdasarkondisi yang demikianpekerjacenderunglebihmemilihuntukmenerimakompensasidaripadamenuntutadanyaJamsostek.Perludiujikebenaranmengenaitujuandariinvestasiyaitumeningkatkanpertumbuhanekonomi, mengurangipenganggurantapi di sisi lain kesejahteraanmasyarakat (pekerja)tidakbegitudiperhatikankarenatidaksesuaidengantujuanpembangunan millennium yaitutercapaikesejahteraanrakyatdanpembangunanmasyarakat. Ada kesediaanpekerjamenerimadanakompensasi(WTA) dengannilai rata-rata sebesar Rp42.000,00/KK/bulan. Hal tersebutmencerminkanadanyakesediaanmenerimakompensasipekerjaatasrendahnyaupah yang diperolehkarenatidaksesuaidenganresikopekerjaan
		Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah adanyakesediaanmenerimakompensasipadapekerja plasma bulumatapalsu. Perluadanyaevaluasikebijakan pro investasi di KabupatenPurbalingga.Nilaidanakompensasi yang sebaiknyadiberikanadalah Rp42.000,00/pekerja/bulan. Pemerintahperlumeningkatkanpengawasan yang ketat di plasma-plasma yang terletak di pelosokdesa.Perludilakukansosialisasi yang intensdariPemerintahKabupatenterhadappekerjamengenaihakpekerjasertapengetahuantentangpenerapanJamsostekserta UU No.13 tentang Ketenagakerjaan.

SUMMARY
This study entitled "Analysis of Willingness To Accept (WTA) of Compensation Fund of Plasma fake Eye-Lashes workers (Case Study Candiwulanvillage district KutasariPurbalingga region)". The purpose of this study was to assess the perception of plasma workers towards the existence of plasma workers who do not have Social Security and Jamsostek, to know the willingness to accept compensation, knowing the value of the WTA, as well as assessing the foreign investment.
This study is an analysis of primary and secondary data. The primary data obtained through interviews of respondents, while secondary data obtained through local government, Central Statistical Agency, Social services, Labour, and Transmigration Bureau and Investment Office and Integrated Licensing. The analysis tools are CVM (Contingent valuation Method).
Based on our research, most of the workers understand Social Security, but knowledge of Act 13 about Employment is still low. Workers do not know how to apply Social Security. On the basis of the conditions of such workers tend to prefer to receive compensation than requiring Social Security in their company.
Therefore, it needs to be tested about the truth of the purpose of the investment is to increase economic growth, reduce unemployment, but on the other hand the welfare of society (workers) are not considered because it does not comply with the Millennium Development Goals to achieve welfare and community development. There is a willingness to accept workers' compensation (WTA) with the average value of Rp42.000, 00 / household / month. It reflects a willingness to accept compensation for workers on low wages earned for work not in accordance with the risk.
The implication of this research is a willingness to accept compensation on workers of plasma fake eyelashes. There need to be an evaluation of pro-investment policies in Purbalingga. Value of the compensation fund should be given is Rp42.000, 00 / workers / month. Governments need to increase surveillance in plasmas which located in remote villages. There needs to be an intense socialization of District Government against workers on the rights of workers as well as knowledge about the application of Social Security Act and Act 13 about Employment.
