Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh koksidiosis terhadap kadar Packed Cell Volume (PCV)  dan jumlah eritrosit pada kelinci di Kabupaten Banyumas. Penelitian menggunakan metode survei dan  metode laboratoris. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode convenient sampling/ accident sampling/ selected sampling (tidak terikat).Sasaran penelitian adalah peternakan kelinci di Kabupaten Banyumas. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah Pengujian Student (T test). Hasil penelitian diperoleh rataan (Ŷa) total Packed Cell Volume (PCV) kelinci yang terinfeksi koksidiosis 3,1757 x 106 dan rataan (Ŷb) Packed Cell Volume (PCV) total  kelinci yang tidak terinfeksi koksidiosi 1,5900 x 106. Rataan (Ŷa) jumlah eritrosit kelinci yang terinfeksi koksidiosis 28,29% dan rataan (Ŷa) jumlah eritrosit kelinci yang tidak terinfeksi koksidiosis 29,75%. Hasil uji t menunjukan bahwa koksidiosis tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap penurunan total Packed Cell Volume (PCV) (P > 0,05) namun berpengaruh nyata terhadap penurunan jumlah eritrosit (P < 0.05).

The aim of this research was to determine the effect of rabbit coccidiosis on levels of Packed Cell Volume (PCV) and the number of erythrocytes in Banyumas. The research used survey methods and laboratory methods. The samplied was taken by convenient sampling method/ accident sampling /selected sampling (not attached). Target of the research was rabbit farms in Banyumas. The analysis model was used Student Testing (T test). The results were obtained by averaging (Ŷ a) Total Packed Cell Volume (PCV) of infected rabbit coccidiosis 3.1757 x 106 and the average (Ŷ b) Packed Cell Volume (PCV) of total non-infected rabbits coccidiosis 1.5900 x 106. The average (Ŷ a) number of erythrocytes infected rabbit coccidiosis 28.29% (Ŷ a) and the average number of erythrocytes uninfected rabbit coccidiosis 29.75%. The T test results showed that coccidiosis did not significantly affect the total decline Packed Cell Volume (PCV) (P> 0.05) but significantly affect on decreasing the number of erythrocytes (P <0.05).
