Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk pelanggaran prinsip kerja sama dan prinsip kesantunan pada podcast Deddy Corbuzier salah satu youtuber ternama dengan jumlah pengikut banyak. Permasalahan pada penelitian ini adalah peneliti akan meneliti pelanggaran prinsip kerja sama yang terjadi karena pada saat proses komunikasi antara penutur dan lawan tutur tidak memperhatikan adanya prinsip kesantunan dan prinsip kerja sama sehingga banyak hal yang terjadi. Landasan teori yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teori Grice dan Leech.
	Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Data  penelitian ini adalah pelanggaran  prinsip kerja sama dan prinsip kesantunan yang terdapat dalam podcast. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah  tuturan yang terdapat pada podcast Deddy Corbuzier yang berjudul 30 Juta Kursi Sekolah Negeri. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan peneliti pada penelitian ini adalah metode simak dan metoe catat. Metode simak adalah peneliti menyimak vidio podcast secara berulang ulang kemudian mencatat setiap tuturan antara penutur dan lawan tutur. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode padan pragmatis.
Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa pada Podcast terdapat pelanggaran prinsip kerja sama namun pelanggaran yang sering ditemui adalah pada maksim kuantitas yaitu lawan tutur menjawab secara berlebihan tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan lawan tutur. Pada pelanggaran ini ditemukan 5 data pelanggaran, selain itu pada prinsip kesantunan terdiri dari enam maksim dan pada penelitian ini ditemukan pelanggaran prinsip kesantunan tetapi pada maksim simpati tidak ditemukan pelanggaran karena antara penutur dan lawan tutur tidak saling bersaing untuk menjatuhkan namun saling menghargai satu sama lain sehingga proses komunikasi berjalan dengan baik walaupun tidak maksimal karena masih terdapat pelanggaran.

This research aims to describe forms of violation of the principle of cooperation and the principle of politeness in the podcast of Deddy Corbuzier, a well-known YouTuber with a large number of followers. The problem in this research is that the researcher will examine violations of the principle of cooperation that occur because during the communication process between the speaker and the interlocutor they do not pay attention to the principles of politeness and the principle of cooperation so that many things happen. The theoretical basis used in this research is the theory of Grice and Leech		.

The form of this research is qualitative research. This research data is a violation of the principles of cooperation and politeness principles contained in podcasts. The data source for this research is the speech contained in Deddy Corbuzier's podcast entitled 30 Million Public School Seats. The data collection method used by researchers in this research is the listening and note-taking method. The listening method is that the researcher watches the video podcast repeatedly and then notes every utterance between the speaker and the interlocutor. Data analysis in this study used a pragmatic matching method
