Tujuan penelitian ini mengevaluasi pelatihan Training Officer Course (TOC) berdampak terhadap kualitas sumber daya manusia. karena itu Lembaga Administrasi Negara selalu memberikan inovasi baru. Penelitian ini mengadaptasi model empat level evaluasi yaitu Learning, Behavior, Result, Reaction oleh Kirkpatrick. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Metode analisis adalah analisis interaktif oleh Miles Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukan reaksi,pembelajaran,sikap,hasil peserta dalam mengikuti pelatihan. Kesimpulan mengenai evaluasi pelatihan Evaluasi Penyelenggaraan Pelatihan TOC Berbasis Self Learning Di Lembaga Administrasi Negara dalam pelaksanaannya sudah baik dan para peserta sudah paham dan menerapkan di lembaga pendidik masing-masing.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the Training Officer Course (TOC) training impact on the quality of human resources. therefore the State Administration Institute always provides new innovations. This research adapts the four-level evaluation model, namely Learning, Behavior, Result, Reaction by Kirkpatrick. This research uses qualitative research. The analysis method is interactive analysis by Miles Huberman. The results showed the reaction, learning, attitude, results of participants in participating in the training. The conclusion regarding the evaluation of the training Evaluation of the Implementation of Self Learning Based TOC Training at the State Administration Institute in its implementation is good and the participants have understood and applied in their respective Educator institutions.
