APLIKASI BIO P60 DAN POC NASA TERHADAP PERKEMBANGAN PENYAKIT MOLER DAN HASIL TANAMAN BAWANG MERAH

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Banjarsari Wetan, Kecamatan Sumbang, Kabupaten Banyumas dan Laboratorium Perlindungan Tanaman, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman dari bulan Juli hingga bulan Desember 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) yang terdiri dari dua faktor dengan 16 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Variabel yang diamati yaitu masa inkubasi, intensitas penyakit, AUDPC, tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah umbi, bobot basah tanaman, bobot basah umbi, bobot kering tanaman, bobot kering umbi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi Bio P60 sebanyak 5 kali merupakan perlakuan terbaik dalam menunda masa inkubasi sebesar 61,71%, menekan intensitas penyakit sebesar 66,67% dan menurunkan nilai AUDPC sebesar 69,84%, mampu meningkatkan komponen pertumbuhan dan hasil seperti tinggi tanaman sebesar 40,7%, jumlah daun sebesar 30,75%, jumlah umbi sebesar 83,35%, bobot basah umbi sebesar 104,53%, bobot kering umbi sebesar 105,07%, bobot basah tanaman sebesar 93,21% dan bobot kering tanaman sebesar 99,07% dibandingkan kontrol. Aplikasi POC belum mampu memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap semua variabel pengamatan. Tidak adanya interaksi antara Bio P60 dan POC NASA terhadap semua variabel pengamatan.

This research was conducted in Banjarsari Wetan Village, Sumbang District, Banyumas Regency, and Plant Protection Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, from July to December 2023. This study used a Completely Randomized Group Design (CRD) consisting of two factors with 16 treatments and 3 replicates. The variables observed were incubation period, disease intensity, AUDPC, plant height, number of leaves, number of tubers, plant wet weight, tuber wet weight, plant dry weight, and tuber dry weight. The results showed that the application of Bio P60 5 times was the best treatment in delaying the incubation period by 61.71%, suppressing disease intensity by 66.67%, and reducing AUDPC value by 69.84%, increase growth and yield components such as plant height by 40.7%, number of leaves by 30.75%, number of tubers by 83.35%, tuber wet weight by 104.53%, tuber dry weight by 105.07%, plant wet weight by 93.21%, and plant dry weight by 99.07% compared to the control. POC application has not been able to have a significant effect on all observation variables. There is no interaction between Bio P60 and NASA POC on all observation variables.
