Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi perubahan yang dinamis di era VUCA dan era disrupsi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penyesuaian pada implementasi pelatihan dasar CPNS di era VUCA menggunakan indikator VUCA Prime menurut Bob Johansen yang terdiri dari Vision, Understanding, Clarity, dan Agility. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, serta dokumentasi dan diolah dengan metode analisis interaktif dan teknik triangulasi sumber data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aspek vision tim penyelenggara berkomitmen dalam menyelenggarakan pelatihan dasar CPNS di era VUCA. Aspek Clarity, tim penyelenggara berkoordinasi dengan fasilitator untuk menetapkan desain pembelajaran yang beradaptasi dengan perubahan di era VUCA. Agility, terkait kelincahan penyelenggara, kemampuan beradaptasi, serta solusi yang responsif.

This research is motivated by the dynamic and rapid changes in the VUCA era and the era of disruption. The purpose of this research is to find out how system adjustments to the implementation of the civil servant candidates basic training program in the VUCA era have been carried out using the VUCA Prime analysis indicators as a solution to facing the VUCA era according to Bob Johansen which consists of aspects of Vision, Understanding, Clarity, and Agility. The method used in this research is qualitative. The technique of determining informants using purposive sampling technique. Data collection in this study through interviews, observations, and documentation analyzed by interactive analysis methods and using triangulation techniques as data validity techniques. The results of this study indicate that in the vision aspect, the organizing team as a whole is committed to organizing the Civil Servant Candidates basic training program in the VUCA era. From the Understanding aspect, the organizing team has implemented a learning method that is tailored to the ASN Corporate University concept. In terms of Clarity, the organizing team coordinates with the facilitator to determine the learning design in an effort to adapt to changes in the VUCA era. Then in terms of Agility related to the agility of the organizers, as well as responsive solutions.
