Penelitian ini adalah survey pada Pegawai atau Perangkat Desa di Desa Eks Karesidenan Banyumas (Banjarnegara-Purbalingga-Banyumas-Cilacap-Kebumen), Jawa Tengah, Indonesia. Penelitian ini mengambil judul: “Analisis Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Servant Leadership, Budaya Organisasi, Dan Keterampilan Komunikasi Digital Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pelayanan Desa di Desa Eks Karesidenan Banyumas”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Servant Leadership, Budaya Organisasi, Dan Keterampilan Komunikasi Digital Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pelayanan Desa di Desa Eks Karesidenan Banyumas. Responden yang berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai atau perangkat desa di Desa Eks Karesidenan Banyumas sebanyak 103 Responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel simple random sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data regresi linier berganda yang menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Gaya Kepemimpinan Servant Leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja layanan desa di Desa Eks Karesidenan Banyumas, (2) Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja layanan desa di Desa Eks Karesidenan Banyumas, (3) Keterampilan Komunikasi Digital berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja layanan desa di Desa Eks Karesidenan Banyumas.

This research is a survey conducted on employees or village apparatus in the Ex-Banyumas Residency Village (Banjarnegara-Purbalingga-Banyumas-Cilacap-Kebumen), Central Java, Indonesia. The title of this research is "Analysis of the Influence of Servant Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, and Digital Communication Skills on the Performance of Village Service Employees in Ex-Banyumas Residency Village." The objective of this research is to determine the influence of Servant Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, and Digital Communication Skills on the performance of village service employees in Ex-Banyumas Residency Village. The respondents participating in this research are employees or village apparatus in Ex-Banyumas Residency Village, totaling 103 respondents, selected using simple random sampling. Based on the results of the research and multiple linear regression data analysis, it is found that: (1) Servant Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on the performance of village services in Ex-Banyumas Residency Village, (2) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on the performance of village services in Ex-Banyumas Residency Village, (3) Digital Communication Skills have a negative and significant effect on the performance of village services in Ex-Banyumas Residency Village.
