Kajian Pemberian Pupuk NPK Slow Release dan Kombinasi jerami-kompos terhadap Serapan N biji, Sifat Kimia Tanah dan Hasil Padi Sawah

NPK-SR merupakan pupuk majemuk yang mengandung unsur hara N, P dan K, melepaskan unsur hara secara perlahan-lahan (Slow Release). Penelitian dilaksanakan di Greenhouse, Laboratorium Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) yang terdiri atas 2 faktor, yaitu takaran pupuk majemuk NPK- SR grade 7,26-10-7 (6 aras) dan persentase kombinasi jerami dan kompos (3 aras). Variabel yang diamati meliputi pH-H2O, pH-KCL, DHL, potensial redoks tanah, serapan N biji, bobot kering tanaman padi, N total tanah, bobot gabah kering bernas, jumlah anakan produktif, serta bobot gabah kering hampa, bobot gabah per 1000 biji. Hasil penelitian menunjukan perlakuan pupuk NPK-SR grade 7,26-10-7 memberikan pengaruh berbeda nyata pada potensial redoks tanah. variabel serapan N biji menunjukkan berbeda nyata namun tidak berbeda nyata terhadap N total.Variabel bobot kering tanaman padi (akar, batang, daun, malai, dan total), dan hasil padi sawah (bobot kering gabah bernas, hampa, dan bobot 1000 biji) menunjukkan hasil sangat berbeda nyata. Perlakuan kombinasi jerami-kompos memberikan pengaruh sangat berbeda nyata dan berbeda nyata terhadap DHL tanah dan potensial redoks tanah namun tidak berbeda nyata terhadap serapan N biji dan N total tanah. Hasil pengujian terhadap seluruh variabel bobot kering tanaman padi dan hasil padi sawah menunjukkan berbeda sangat nyata. Interaksi antara perlakuan pupuk NPK-SR dan kombinasi pupuk jerami-kompos berpengaruh terhadap DHL tanah dan bobot gabah kering hampa. .

NPK-SR is a compound fertilizer containing nutrients N, P and K, releasing nutrients slowly (Slow Release). The research was conducted at Greenhouse, Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto. This study used a Randomized Completely Based Design (RCBD) consisting of 2 factors, namely the amount of NPK-SR compound fertilizer grade 7.26-10-7 (6 acres) and the percentage of combined straw and compost (3 acres). Variables observed include pH-H2O, Ph-KCl, EC, soil redox potential, N seed uptake, dry weight of rice crops, N total soil, dry grain weight of bernas, number of productive saplings, as well as empty dry grain weight, grain weight per 1000 seeds. The results of the study showed that the NPK-SR fertilizer treatment grade 7.26-10-7 exerts a markedly different influence on soil redox potential. the N seed uptake variable showed a marked difference but no real difference to the total N. Variables of dry weight of rice crops (roots, stems, leaves, panicles, and total), and rice yield (dry weight of granular grain, hollow, and weight of 1000 seeds) showed very different results real. The combined strawcompost treatment exerts very different real and markedly different influences on soil EC and soil redox potential but does not differ markedly on the uptake of N seeds and N total of soil. The test results of the whole variable dry weight of rice crops and the yield of paddy rice showed a very marked difference. The interaction between NPK-SR fertilizer treatment and straw-compost fertilizer combination has an effect on soil EC and vacuous dry grain weight
