THE EFFECT OF THE AUTHENTIC LEADERSHIP, JOB SATISFACTION, ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE USING SELF EFFICACY AS A MEDIATION VARIABLE

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei pada karyawan di PT. Uba Uhud Internasional Kec. Kedungreja Kab. Cilacap. Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Authentic Leadership, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Menggunakan Self Efficacy Sebagai Variabel Mediasi (Studi Kasus Pada PT. Uba Uhud International Kec. Kedungreja Kab. Cilacap)”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kepemimpinan autentik, kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan menggunakan efikasi diri sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan PT. Uba Uhud Internasional Kec. Kedungreja Kab. Cilacap. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Uba Uhud Internasional Kec. Kedungreja Kab. Cilacap. Penentuan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 50 orang karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data dengan menggunakan SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kepemimpinan Otentik mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, (2) Kepuasan Kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, (3) Komitmen Organisasi mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, (4) Authentic Leadership mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap Self-Efficacy, (5) Kepuasan Kerja mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap Self-Efficacy, (6) Organizational Commitment mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap Self-Efficacy, (7) Self -Efficacy memediasi hubungan Authentic Leadership dengan Kinerja Karyawan, (8) Self-Efficacy memediasi hubungan antara Kepuasan Kerja dengan Kinerja Karyawan, (9) Self-Efficacy tidak memediasi hubungan antara Komitmen Organisasi dan Kinerja Karyawan

This research is a quantitative research with a survey method on employee in PT. Uba Uhud International Kec. Kedungreja Kab. Cilacap. This study entitled is “The Effect of The Authentic Leadership, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment On Employee Performance Using Self Efficacy As A Mediation Variable (Case Study on PT. Uba Uhud International Kec. Kedungreja Kab. Cilacap)”. The aim of this study was to investigate how the effect of the authentic leadership, job satisfaction, organizational commitment on performance employee using self-efficacy as a mediation variable on employee at PT. Uba Uhud International Kec. Kedungreja Kab. Cilacap. The population in this research were employees at PT. Uba Uhud International Kec. Kedungreja Kab. Cilacap. Determination of the sample used a saturation sampling with 50 employees as respondents. Based on the results of research and data analysis using SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) shows that: (1) Authentic Leadership has a significant influence Employee Performance, (2) Job Satisfaction has a significant influence Employee Performance, (3) Organization Commitment has a significant influence Employee Performance, (4) Authentic Leadership has a significant influence Self-Efficacy, (5) Job Satisfaction has a significant influence Self-Efficacy, (6) Organizational Commitment has a significant influence Self-Efficacy, (7) Self-Efficacy mediates the relationship between Authentic Leadership and Employee Performance, (8) Self-Efficacy mediates the relationship between Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance, (9) Self-Efficacy not mediates the relationship between Organizational Commitment and Employee Performance
