Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aspek gastronomi dan unsur budaya apa saja yang terdapat pada Manga Natsuko no Sake  Volume 1. Teori yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori gastronomi  Caillein  Gillespie yang terdiri dari aspek seni, makanan, dan budaya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif  kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah teknik simak catat. Teknik analisis data yang yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analisis. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah aspek gastronomi yang terdapat dalam Manga Natsuko no Sake volume 1 menunjukan adanya aspek gastronomi seni memasak yaitu proses pembuatan, teknik fermentasi, alat  dan seni penyajiian. aspek makanan yaitu Jenis sake, bahan, cita rasa sake dan aspek budaya yaitu nomikai, tsuuya burumai , wajouryoushu.  Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa aspek  gastronomi yang terdapat dalam manga Natsuko no Sake Volume 1 meliputi tiga aspek gastronomi yang saling berkaitan satu sama lain terlihat bagaimana cara memasak,  penyajian makanan, bahan makanan, dan budaya dalam penyajian makanan Jepang

This research aims to find out what gastronomic aspects and cultural elements are found in the Manga Natsuko no Sake Volume 1. The theory used in this research is Caillein Gillespie's gastronomic theory which consists of aspects of art, food and culture. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique used in this research is the note-taking technique. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results of this research are that the gastronomic aspects contained in the Manga Natsuko no Sake volume 1 show that there are gastronomic aspects of the art of cooking, namely the manufacturing process, fermentation techniques, tools and the art of serving. food aspects, namely type of sake, ingredients, taste of sake and cultural aspects, namely nomikai, tsuuya burumai, wajouryoushu. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the gastronomic aspects contained in the manga Natsuko no Sake Volume 1 include three gastronomic aspects that are related to each other, showing how to cook, serve food, food ingredients, and culture in serving Japanese food.
