Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan, pengalaman kerja dan lama usaha terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja industri keripik tempe. Sektor industri pengolahan merupakan salah satu utama sebagai mesin penggerak ekonomi, namun terdapat fenomena dimana perusahaan yang memiliki jumlah karyawan banyak memiliki pendapatan lebih kecil dibanding dengan perusahaan yang memiliki jumlah karyawan lebih sedikit. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Ordinary Least Square/OLS dengan sampel 30 unit usaha yang diolah menggunakan uji regresi SPSS. Hasilnya menunjukan bahwa (1) pendidikan owner berpengaruh positif dan signifikan,(2) pendidikan karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan,(3) pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan,(4) lama usaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Implikasi pendidikan bisa didapatkan secara informal dari Balai Latihan Kerja dan Wawasan dari kepemerintahan, pengalaman kerja bisa didapatkan dari cerita pengalaman orang lain, lama usaha bisa ditekuni lebih giat oleh para pengusaha untuk mempelajari tentang minat konsumen dan pemasarannya.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of education, work experience and length of business on labor productivity in the tempeh chips industry. The processing industry sector is one of the main engines driving the economy, but there is a phenomenon where companies that have a large number of employees have smaller revenues than companies that have fewer employees. This research uses Ordinary Least Square/OLS methods with a sample of 30 business units processed using SPSS regression tests. The results show that (1) owner education has a positive and significant effect, (2) employee education has a positive and significant effect, (3) work experience has a positive and significant effect, (4) length of business has a positive and significant effect. The implication of education can be obtained informally from the Vocational Training Center and insight from the government, work experience can be obtained from stories of other people's experiences, the length of business can be pursued more actively by entrepreneurs to learn about consumer interests and marketing.
